“The drivers are very helpful and polite, prices are good and they stock a very wide range of things. Easy to shop and time to amend orders and text notifications are useful if you don't check emails regularly. I've had a number of money off vouchers and gifts which is always nice to see”

“Ordering was simple and the delivery person was extremely pleasant and polite. My major disappointment however was that part of my order could not be fulfilled. I had ordered two different sizes of plates both of which were available at the point of ordering but only one was available at the date of delivery; I am now trying to source the missing plates elsewhere but am having difficult in locating them and there is no indication that they will be available from you anytime soon.”

“Very pleased with my Ocado shop .. Good quality products . J like the organised way the shopping arrives and the way they collect the bags and reuse them I like the fact that I csn ace an order and it be here the next day.. Very pleased with the helpfulness and friend unless of the drivers..”

“Very helpful driver. He told me that the food was arranged in order of meat, diary etc. Would order again. Felt guilty that I did not tip and did not know if a tip is expected.”

“The service was good and efficient but the quality of the fresh fruit and veg and not good. The avocado were brown, the beans were wet and mouldy and the satsumas went off within a day. very poor.”

“This time, what I ordered was delivered O.K.. Ocado need a " box " on their on line ordering, to try and stop them from substituting with a product you don't want.”
