“I love the variety at Ocado, for a vegan in the UK the choices are minimal in most places, but there's always plenty of choice for really reasonable pricing on ocado, the staff are friendly and the whole process is really straight forward.”

“I just don't know why it took me so long to place my first order. With a 12 week old baby I was just wondering how to get around the supermarket with her in tow and 40 people coming for a buffet supper. Ocado came to my kitchen door! Simply brilliant. Thank you.”

“Driver friendly. However same mistake as all providers. Bags are brought in by drivers in multiple meaning contents get crushed”

“The app is really great (I used my ipad to place the order) and it was a very easy experienced. The order was delivered quickly and no substitutions. Unfortunately much of the fresh food had a very short use by date. I had to freeze much of the fruit (raspberries etc) as they did not have much shelf life.”
