“Great experience but the website is a nightmare and I have so much trouble loading it and it staying live. 3 times since I have abandoned it and ordered from Tesco”

“This is my second week with Ocado so early days at the moment! I have previously used delivery by Tesco, Sainsbury, ASDA and Waitrose. In terms of overall service, delivery, availability and quality of goods I would say that Ocado is well ahead of the field. So far my experience is of courteous staff, both deliveries on time, a full order on both occasions and no substitutions. Cooking with the ingredients has suggested good fresh food across the board and a fine selection of options. I look further to staying with Ocado and to writing other reviews once they have been tested with a range of my menus!”

“The main item I ordered didn't get delivered and was out of stock yet I wasn't informed until just hours before delivery so I then couldn't cancel my order. Still advertising the product now and it's still out of stock”

“After using Tesco for years i decided to try Ocado. I was shocked on how well the whole process was so easy, delivery was fantastic and the delivery man took a lot of time telling what they do, explaining the receipt and also showing substituted items. The items delivered were just perfect - no dented or crushed items. Items are delivered into different colored bags which correspond to freezer / fridge / larder etc... The whole process is a true pleasure..”

“The drivers are very helpful and polite, prices are good and they stock a very wide range of things. Easy to shop and time to amend orders and text notifications are useful if you don't check emails regularly. I've had a number of money off vouchers and gifts which is always nice to see”
