“Two weeks running I've had delivery from Ocado and the only issue I've had is that you lay the milk cartons down in the bags which cause them to leak!”

“Not very impressed with quality of bananas as some went black within 2 days & spring onions were flaccid within 2 days despite being in fridge. I don't think the overall choice, price & quality is competitive & unfortunately I will be returning to my normal store which I can rely on.”

“I LOVE this service. The food comes in great condition, and I love that the bags are colour coded for pantry, fridge and freezer. The delivery person brings the bags right up to my kitchen. Since I have a shoulder injury, this is huge for me. I could not be happier.”

“Of course I'll write a review for you Ocado - I've got plenty of time to, seeing as my shopping is late and I haven't been contacted to inform me where it is or if it is even coming. Delivery slots are surely there so that I, and you, can schedule your day. Now I've got to sit and wait? The first delivery I had contained substitutions that I didn't want. The experience so far has been unreliable, expensive and quite frankly I'm not sure that it beats it's competitors.”

“Organised, helpful staff & high quality products. Good selection & very few items out of stock (unlike Tesco!). Great incentives and offers. Only downside was that my pak choi was a bit squashed this week! Other than that everything was fabulous!”

“This is the first time we have used the Ocado delivery service. We were very impressed. The only difficulty is choosing from what is a vast range of products. It's going to take several orders to get a list of "usual" items, although I gather that we can download our usuals from other supermarkets. We particularly liked the fact that we were advised in advance that there were no items unavailable from our order. The driver was great - enthusiastic and helpful. We lookforward to using the service again.”

“No complaints what so ever; I really like that it was free delivery and the delivery man was very kind and helpful. I like that I received a text and an e-mail stating what items were going to be replaced so I was aware by the time of delivery. Thank you!”

“As predicted fantastic first time service and produce. Second time round was a more average affair with items hastily put in bags with no real care. We will continue to use Ocado for the time being as they are competitive.”
