“I find it very helpful the text message confirming my order and then to inform me its on its way. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I am new to shopping with Ocado and I cant see a reason why I would stop. Well done guys!!!”

“We are delighted with the service from Ocado. Excellent range of products and the website is easy to use. The delivery men are always prompt and friendly. All the food has been great but the fruit is so much tastier than from our local supermarket. Apples and grapes fantastic, mango box very good and lasted two week, pineapple the best ever! Mushrooms lasted much longer too. I would like to suggest delivery in containers which can be returned so that no bags are needed at all, and to reduce packaging wherever possible.”

“Unfortunately, first order suffered from chilled products being soaked in the contents of a burst 4 pint milk carton: credit process only took one customer service phone call - driver was very distressed as front path and his clothing and shoes were soaked in milk early on a Monday morning...”

“Apart from delivery being just outside the window of time we had booked, the standard of food has been fantastic, particularly the fruit and veg which we have found to be generally poor when buying from other online supermarkets/competitors. All food quality was excellent and the delivery drivers have been very friendly.”

“Ocado delivery has been easy and convenient. The drivers are friendly, unlike some of the drivers for Ocado's competitors. Produce has been fresh and the meat inexpensive but tasty. I have accidentally purchased things that are too small--I wish that there were a way to see the relative sizes based on the pictures (rather than based on grams).”
