We're sorry it's not much Heather, it just means your order equals to the same amount as it would have at Tesco online. We promise customers we will give 1p more and so because the order was the same, we still issue the 1p. Hopefully you get more next time.

“The delivery was good and all of the items I ordered arrived. However, I was surprised by the amount of plastic carrier bags. A single leek was delivered in it's own large Ocado carrier bag! As were several other items...When I asked if Ocado delivered without bags (as many other supermarkets do) I was told they didn't. They would however recycle my unwanted carrier bags. I would prefer for Ocado to not use any bags in the first place. A small point, maybe, but a big point with regards to the environment.”

We're sorry for the disappointment Charlotte, we operate a closed loop recycling system with our bags, which means that all of our new bags are made from recycled old bags. We'll also take back any plastic bags you have from other companies too. We'll be sure to get your feedback passed on though :)

“First time I had used Ocado. I have had bad experiences with other supermarkets in the past. This time the delivery was on time, the driver was polite and friendly and nothing had been substituted. Would definitely use them again.”

“I have used Ocado a number of times now, and I have been pleased with the service each and every time. The website is easy to use and navigate, with plenty of choices and good offers available. Occasionally I have had to select something else, if the original option isn't available. But the alternatives have always been good. The shopping can be delivered at very convenient times and the drivers are always friendly and smart. I would recommend the service to friends and family and anyone else who may be looking for a similar service.”

“As a recent convert I am continually pleased with the: Ease of navigation and general intuitiveness of the website The consideration of your delivery staff Little touches like the itemisation of things into area of storage Which reminds me - er I have a few bags to give back. Oops”

Oh no, we don't want to see you go Charis. We try to price as competitively as possible and if your comparative shop would have been less at Tesco.com we'll even email you a voucher for the difference, plus a penny.

“I was expecting 20pound of my first order but only got 15 pound.then l was sent a 20 poundvoucher wich they would not let me use of my shop .i phoned custemers services aboiut this with no respones rating dont know”

“A pleasure to deal with from ordering to delivery with a nice smiley delivery man! I'd given up on ordering shopping on line due to the appalling service received from other main supermarket, however, Ocado will be my delivery supermarket of choice in future. Well done - highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. Enormous range of products. Deliver on time, or a phone call if early/delayed. Can't recommend highly enough. My one negative comment would be that, with an imminent move to Devon, Ocado do not deliver to the area! Come on Ocado - so many people In the West Country need this service!”
