“Ocado delivery has been easy and convenient. The drivers are friendly, unlike some of the drivers for Ocado's competitors. Produce has been fresh and the meat inexpensive but tasty. I have accidentally purchased things that are too small--I wish that there were a way to see the relative sizes based on the pictures (rather than based on grams).”

“I was recommended Ocado by a couple of friends and I'm really pleased. I've found all the items I've purchased have been very good quality and value. I expected the cost of the overall shop to be higher as I often buy waitrose items but it's been very competitive. i'm especially pleased with the selection of Eco friendly products. Delivery slots are always available and the drivers are always friendly and on time!”

“The driver was so polite, bought the bags into my kitchen - nothing was too much for him. Well presented and on time as per my text received from Ocado. The receipt was well written and clear to understand on an A4 printed paper not like those supermarket receipts. The shopping was packaged properly and not squashed up like they do with Tesco. The sell by date was also quite far ahead so lots of time to use the fresh foods instead of having to chuck things that reach their sell by date again Sainsburys and Tesco are really bad at this and I have received a 2.5kg of potatoes from Sainsburys with a sell by date of the same day so not sure how they think I can eat all those in a day. Ocado are brilliant and I cannot fault - if you want a great service use Ocado. Ocado aren't the cheapest and if they can reduce the costs on day to day items then you would be a force to be reckoned with.”

“Never got my order, never informed it wasn't coming, communication shocking, no order, no groceries and so = NO business for you in the future..... will never use this service again, Tesco is reliable and much better clearly so will stick with them thank you!”

“I started shopping with Ocado two weeks ago - and have been very impressed - order have turned up on time with no submissions and the drivers have been very helpful. Not sure why I did not start shopping with Ocado years ago as it saves me an two hours a week!”
