“I have been shopping with Ocado for a number of years now. Their online website is very easy to use and there are always good offers, on a wide range of products, i.e. food as well as homewares. All of my deliveries have arrived on time, there has hardly been an instance where an item has not been available to me or been missing. The delivery drivers are always polite, efficient and helpful. I always manage to save quite a lot of money on 5 star quality products and this ensures that I continue to shop with Ocado.”

“Good offers, great customer service and different products on offer than most shops. The last time I had a delivery something came up last minute and I called to see if there was any chance the delivery could come earlier and they were very understanding and accommodating. The driver actually managed to come earlier than the start of the original slotwhich was a huge help.”

“I find Ocado to be reliable and efficient. My weekly Friday morning order always comes within the booked time range. If the driver is early, or having problems, they always call to let me know. I find very few replacement items in my orders, which is good and why I keep using Ocado. I have used them for years and I am a big fan.”

“I changed over to Ocado from Tesco online shopping and have not been disappointed. Shopping is always carried right to my kitchen by a friendly driver. And best of all, there are hardly ever any items from my order that are not delivered or substituted. The range of health food and specialty items is the best available online. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the quality and pricing of fresh fruit and vegetables.”

“Ocado is an essential part of my busy life! A complete life saver! Goods are always in stock, delivery always on time, the person who delivers is always polite and they have a fantastic choice of products. The app is super easy to use, which means I spend at most 10mn every week doing my shopping and it gets delivered to my door the next day. I'm a BIG FAN!!!! Thank you Ocado :)”

“I couldn't live without Ocado! We use it every week, deliveries are always prompt and substitutions or missing items are rare. Having used most of the other online supermarkets, the service provided by Ocado is head and shoulders above the rest.”

“What can I say, quality and choice of products delivered to my door at a time I choose. Price match means that my Moroccan lamb dish tomorrow night costs no more than were I to buy the ingredients from a high street supermarket and who knows how many stores I would have to visit to gather together some of the more 'exotic' ingredients. Ocado is marvellous and I recommend it to all my friends. My mum does have ocado envy though, she wants to know when you are going to start delivering in Scotland?”

“The delivery people are excellent ambassadors for Ocado, every one being polite, friendly and extremely helpful. At 85 years of age we really appreciate this. I do have some issues with items that are not available but no replacement can be found, for example eggs, bread and cabbage. I did get a £5 voucher for the missing eggs which was nice. I don't like the next week's order being based on previous orders as it worries me that I might get two deliveries. Apart from these small whinges I am extremely happy with Ocado.
