“I'm a huge fan of Ocado. We've tried other online supermarkets but we've stuck with Ocado because across the board they're better. The drivers are always very helpful and polite and they are a real credit to the company. The quality of food it excellent. I really like it when the driver calls to tell us if he or she is in the area and asks if we'd like our food delivered earlier. As a company you react well to any unforseen issue and that's really important to a customer. I understand when traffic problems occur or when there was some issue with the depot and this means there will be a problem with our order but from a customer's point of view a polite call or message apologising and showing you value us and are trying to resolve it means we'll keep shopping with you. I think this is important to mention because so far you get it right but there is always a danger the bigger a company gets the less they value just one customer. I recommend the company all the time.”

“Ocado is the only supermarket I will online shop with. Product range is excellent as is stock availability. Minimal substitutions and customer service is generally excellent. Website and app are incredibly user friendly.”

“Call centre slow to pick up. One member of staff was particularly rude. Out of date info about delivery on website, which I only picked up by chance - delivery due between 12 &1pm info posted on website said driver was running 40 minutes late - when I eventually got through to the call centre they could not see where the driver was but got driver to call - he was not running late at all. If I wanted 14 bananas all in the same state of unripeness I wouldn't have ordered 2 different products - one pictured yellow on website the other pictured green - I had had the same issue a few weeks previously and assumed it was a one off - having now read the product reviews it's an ongoing problem. Have now had the remainder of my delivery pass refunded.....probably not going to bother using them again.”

“I love Ocado. But the last driver was a nightmare. 2 hours late and everything smashed. He had me waiting at the door for 15mins after he rang to return with the groceries. He said he was new, but he should have been better trained for his first day!”

“I have over 130 orders with Ocado and for the majority of time I've been delighted with the quality of the service and produce. There have been a few occasions recently where the packing has not been done with as much care (pizzas squashed under tinned items) and where items have been left out by mistake ie they were in stock but left in warehouse. I will continue to be a loyal customer and hope this review helps to point out where improvements can be made. Many thanks”

“Great with any subs there might be and refunds. Superb choice of groceries and get to try new to the market items. Still feel some items are too expensive, perhaps fruit and veg can be sourced cheaper as we all now are 'healthy eating'. Drivers helpful and polite.”

“Only 1 delivery issue in about 75 deliveries - the most reliable, I have used. Use by dates on food delivered are always sensible and fruit and veg are always fresh and usable.”

“I have been using Ocado for probably going on a decade... It was a life saver when we moved to the country... And I still find it saves me time , energy and gives great value for money. The drivers are always excellent, helpful and considerate. I have only once in all these years been let down by the time slot ( and it was probably due to road incident) . It is truly a fantastic service offering.”

“Hello Ocado I have mobility problems so chose Ocado to deliver my groceries. With the hour window for deliveries there is less time wasted, waiting for my bags to arrive. The delivery people are always courteous and friendly - just like proper shopping! Thank you all.”

“It is the consistently high standard of delivery personnel which makes Ocado stand head and shoulders above the other on-line grocery retailers. Well trained, pleasant, helpful, careful and on time. I've tried others, but ended up preferring to go to the supermarket myself. Not any more. Thank you Ocado!”
