“I really can't fault Ocado. I have never had any missing items or substitutions (unlike other delivery services) and I love that you are notified at the point of order if anything is unavailable. Deliveries have always been within the delivery window requested and on one occasion they even called to see if they could deliver early. Delivery drivers are always friendly and willing to bring the bags into the house. I love the flash sales at checkout as well as new customer an loyalty bonuses. Like I say, I can't fault them and only have nice things to say!”

“We have been using Ocado for over three years and I very rarely use anyone else. Substitutions and missing items are very rare and when they do happen customer services are eager to help with any problems. The drivers are always courteous, helpful and friendly. I am always happy to recommend them to friends and family.”

“I've been ordering my groceries for many years and have tried and tested most of the supermarkets. Ocado is the best by far. They have thought of everything and it is so frustrating and annoying when on the odd occasion I have needed to used a competitors. The things that I love the best are: The App. I do my groceries shopping on my commute. The receipt that is sent prior to the delivery been made so if there are substitutes that I don't want and my husband is taking the delivery I can tell him what to return. And if there is something missing I have time to make other arrangements. Most of the time everything is available. One hour slots. Delivery staff are fabulous. Range of products means that I don't have to go to department store to get gifts.”

“I have been using Ocado for many years now, I do use others occasionally but always go back to them, we find the food always has a good date and the meat is very good quality as are the vegetables. The site is easy to use and I like that it shows the last date I purchased an item, I only wish the delivery charges were a little less.”

“I find Ocado convenient and efficient. There are rarely substitutions. My only disappointment was when I ordered two steaks for Sunday dinner and found on Saturday that they were sold out.. That was about a year ago. I haven't had a single rude or unhelpful delivery person. Only once has a delivery been late without a text or telephone warning. That's a pretty good record”

“Can always get a convenient slot, it's easy to use and efficient website, deliverers great and fantastic to be able to think I need food tomorrow, book a slot, choose food and have it delivered all in less than 24 hours.”

“Easy website to use, clear timed delivery slots - drivers are polite and products are in date (quick advise on the day if there are substitutions or no availability) frozen items are still frozen and drinks are delivered chilled”

“Weekly shopping bills have increased considerably since shopping with Ocado. Was lured in to the Smart Pass for free delivery, but certainly cost me more in the long run. More and more items are unavailable leading to more expensive substitutions or missing altogether.”

“In the early days using Ocado, everything was great but just lately I have had more items that are not quite as fresh as I would like and everything seems to be dumped in bags in a big hurry and often squashed. It has become a more normal service rather than the excellent service I used to get.”

“Ocado is a lifesaver. I love that the website and app are so user-friendly, and you can often get delivery slots for the next day. I find the app is handy for doing my weekly shop on my morning commute. Oh, and I love the freebies that often get to thrown in! Brilliant!!”

“I very much like the fact that I receive an email with details of the shelf life of food.Sometimes substitutions which are refused are only credited back to my account when I email. Overall I am pleased with the service I get”
