“My order is quite easy to input, it`s a bit difficult to order smartpass items, the smartpass tab comes across the order part, otherwise ok. It`s good to know whether we have any substitutions and if the delivery would be late or otherwise. It`s good to have samples of food to try, but you have yet to ask how the product were which you have sent. Very occasionally we have items which need to be replaced and there`s no problem with getting money back, thank you. Your delivery people are very helpful and polite.”

“Recently I have found the quality of the food has sadly dropped I'm hopeful that this is a blip and the better quality food will return I'm pleased with deliveries however and the drivers are all charming although the packers are terrible”

“Some of the goodies are unusual that cannot order from other shops, impressive. The delivery charge is more expensive than others, so it may put some shoppers off. I think it will be even better if the staff can pick the food for the customers with the longest expiry date, I was gutted when Tesco and Sainsbury delivered me the food that expired the same day they delivered or the next day. Just hope the price of the food can reduce a little bit for they are far more expensive than other shops, I ordered lobster before at £23 but honestly I didn't think it worth the money. I ordered the whole freshly cooked and prepared lobster from Devon, it only cost me £18 with the same size.”

“I have been an Ocado customer for more than two years and in the main I've been very happy. I have occasionally considered taking up a new customer offer with another supermarket, but the 1 hour delivery slots, very rare substitutions, polite and cheery drivers, excellent range of products and good quality have all kept me using Ocado weekly. I have a regular 9am weekday slot and I'm fortunate to invariably be first in the hour. My only complaints have been around Christmas when I presume there are temporary staff in the warehouse and customer service and pressure on stock levels. That said, I would definitely recommend Ocado.”

“I've been using Ocado for years. Their drivers are polite and pleasant and nothing like the surly, non-English speakers of other online delivery companies. They are almost never late. Generally if things go wrong they are helpful and apologetic and offer refunds. I get very few substitutions compared to, say, Tesco. Overall, a good, efficient, reliable service.”

“My last two shops with Ocado have been poor last week it came very late so I missed a family day out! As had to wait for it! This week I was told at the door all my freezer stuff wasn't there today and he didn't know why!! Was very miserable looking! Then I unloaded my shopping and there was a lot of stuff missing from my shop! As you can imagine I was very disappointed as I now have to go shopping in my local supermarket! Let's hope next weeks shop improves as I will be taking my custom elsewhere! It's a real shame as I was very empressed with Ocado”

“I regularly shop with ocado, every 2 to 3 weeks. I don't have access to a close enough waitrose where I live so this is my main reason for shopping with ocado for higher quality products. The delivery drivers are always very polite and friendly. The only issue I have come across with ocado is that some items can take quite a long time to come back in stock/go out of stock quickly. Delivery prices are expensive but I have invested in the delivery smart pass which seems to be a better choice at the moment. I am overall very happy with the service and will continue to use.”

“We have been with Ocado for over 3 years now and we think they are amazing. They offer a huge choice, far more than any other supermarket and its delivered fresh to your door and usually with no substitutes. You have guaranteed shelf live and if there are any problems with deliveries they are really quick to help and refund you if you are not happy.”

“Ocado deliveries are the most reliable of all the online supermarkets. The prices are very good and items are rarely out of stock - substitutions where needed are sensible. The quality of fresh fruit and vegetables is usually excellent. Ocado also has the widest selection of organic and vegan products and more unusual groceries.”

“Since moving to the UK we've consistently used Ocado and found their products to always be up to standard, the drivers friendly and courteous and the prices very competitive. Really pleased that we decided to give Ocado a try and will continue to use them regularly!”
