“Have used Ocado for my shopping for many years now and all of my grocery shopping is purchased form Ocado. It is the easiest and most pleasurable way of purchasing these items - would never revert back to driving-pushing and filling a trolley-queuing and unloading the trolley at the till - loading the trolley- out to car - unloading the trolley - driving - unloading trolley! What a nightmare - prefer just a few clicks - being able to amend until quite late and having the items delivered at a time to suit - already sorted not squished- at the correct temperature!”

“If you haven't tried Ocado yet you don't know how easy it is. My weekly shopping delivered to my door, by a friendly driver, at the time I arranged. He will also take the groceries into the kitchen. No more heavy lifting for me ! While having a cup of tea I do my shopping online, or if I wish I can arrange for a regular order to be delivered. The choice is extensive, from food to toiletries and gardening. I have been very happy to shop with Ocado for a few years now........why don't you give it a try.”

“Flexibility of delivery slots , choice and availability of products is first class and well ahead of other competitors in the home delivery grocery sector . Delivery drivers almost always courteous , helpful and on time . Couple of downsides : - Website could be improved - it can be very slow sometimes ( no , not my broadband ) ! Also , the search facility is not the most helpful in terms of finding products I.e . You might have to try several different terms to find what you want . Finally , packing of fresh goods sometimes results in messy spills in transit .”

“I am normally very satisfied with Ocado deliveries - hardly ever have substitutions and the drivers are always friendly. However, on the last couple of occasions the bags have been overly full and soft items have been placed at the bottom of the bags with very heavy items at the top. Some bags have had only 1 or 2 items in them. For example, I had a bag with just lemons in it, and another bag with tissue boxes, tomatoes, lettuce, bread at the bottom and bottles on the top. This happened with a delivery today and the last one. I would really appreciate it if you could ensure this does not happen in future and care is taken to place items in the bags based on the product. Thank you.”

“For me it's an easy decision Ocado is simply the right choice for excellent deals and fantastic customer service and the delivery service is second to none. I have used ocado for over 4 years and have never had a problem I have used Asda and Tesco's and had numerous complaints and problems. So try them today and never look back.”

“I love Ocado, by far the best online supermarket in my opinion due to; ease of shopping online, reliability in delivering items with no substitutions in one hour time slots, choice of high quality products, no quibble returns and refunds and occasional free samples and anniversary gifts. Ocado is my favourite brand and I recommend to friends and family.”

“I find the Ocado website particularly user-friendly compared to many others. The products cover a wide range of goods as well as food, and I have never had any problems with any I have received. The food is of excellent quality, fresh and well-packaged, and the prices are good. I always try to take advantage of the many special offers and find them to be genuine bargains. I have tried one or two other food websites but always return to Ocado : it is simply the best.”

“I have left all other supermarkets and shops behind. I do visit my local farm shop for the purpose of community, but everything else in my kitchen comes from Ocado! We love the fresh produce, fish and meat are of the highest quality- we have a great selection of things to choose from that we simply couldn't get in our local store. I always find the website to be very easy to use, and as well they have great offers on already competitive prices. I find Tesco for example very over priced and products are of poor quality, you do not get this with Ocado. Customer service is first class! I had one issue with some cakes that became squashed in the transpiration didn't effect the taste but we were holding a party and wanted them to look nice etc, ocado refunded me no problem whatsoever. Also you very occasionally get a replacement product but these are always for equally good products. I will never ever leave Ocado and now all my friends and family are starting to shop with them. The drivers are friendly and helpful also. They also do a lot for independent and local produce which i find important - and its allowed u to try new delicious products also. Ocado for life!”

“My order is quite easy to input, it`s a bit difficult to order smartpass items, the smartpass tab comes across the order part, otherwise ok. It`s good to know whether we have any substitutions and if the delivery would be late or otherwise. It`s good to have samples of food to try, but you have yet to ask how the product were which you have sent. Very occasionally we have items which need to be replaced and there`s no problem with getting money back, thank you. Your delivery people are very helpful and polite.”

“Recently I have found the quality of the food has sadly dropped I'm hopeful that this is a blip and the better quality food will return I'm pleased with deliveries however and the drivers are all charming although the packers are terrible”

“Some of the goodies are unusual that cannot order from other shops, impressive. The delivery charge is more expensive than others, so it may put some shoppers off. I think it will be even better if the staff can pick the food for the customers with the longest expiry date, I was gutted when Tesco and Sainsbury delivered me the food that expired the same day they delivered or the next day. Just hope the price of the food can reduce a little bit for they are far more expensive than other shops, I ordered lobster before at £23 but honestly I didn't think it worth the money. I ordered the whole freshly cooked and prepared lobster from Devon, it only cost me £18 with the same size.”
