“Love shopping at Ocado, products are of good quality, rarely need to be substituted as they are usually in stock. Helpful drivers, and customer service second to none.”

“Areas that are particularly outstanding include: (1) Delivery slot availability (2) Time accuracy of the delivery, especially meeting the small 1 hour window (unlike the 2hr slots of some other supermarkets) (3) the Ocado iPhone and iPad apps; simple, fast and visually appealing layout (4) SMS informing of delivery details to provide security reassurance (5) SMS providing notice of any missing or substituted items (unlike other supermarkets annoyingly I've used) (6) Excellent product quality/choice; the last skinless and boneless cod fillet were exceptionally fresh and after cooking en papillote were exquisitely tender and moist. (7) Courteous delivery drivers”

“I use ocado regularly and being a full time worker appreciate my order being placed for me each week and not having to remembering book a slot. Also being able to have the trolly automatically filled and all I have to do is edit it. The delivery drivers are nearly all happy and helpful and on time. All in all a n excellent service.”

“Ocado's delivery service is the best. The website is easy to follow and use and has good clear pictures. A wide variety of groceries at competitive prices. A good range of delivery times and the produce is always delivered within the time slot chosen. I like the idea of the text confirmation of your driver's details and as to whether there are any missing items, which is very rare in my experience. The fresh produce is always of good quality and I can honestly say that I have been using Ocado for several years now and have never had any problems with them. A first class service!”

“Always deliver on time, there are very rarely any substitutions, the drivers are all very polite and helpful. The cost is no more than any other supermarket & there is always plenty of choice and the quality is excellent.”

“We use Ocado services over 10 years and are very happy customers. Ocado drivers are extremely helpful and polite. Products are at their highest standardes. We have compared the prices with other supermarkets and Ocado offer similar prices and sometimes even better ones. It is hardly ever that Ocado has to supply substitutes and nevere ever missing items (we had couple disappointments with other supermarket deliveries, so never go back to them). Ocado is the best at it selection of producs, user friendly web site, helpful and punctual drivers, reliable delivery service and great price matches. Simply Excelent, Excelent, Excelent!!!!”

“Always found them to be extremely reliable time wise and everything ordered is usually all there. Very few substitutions or items out of stock. Haven't given full marks however as packing can occasionally be poor. Bigger items dumped on top of more delicate items in a bag so stuff gets bruised, squashed or even leaks. I've had a bag of flour burst over everything and milk leaking. Just this week I've claimed for squashed bread and bruised bananas. They do however have a very good refund system which is easy to use. The rushed packing is only occasional though and I still use them every week as so reliable in all other aspects.”

“I am a regular customer and normally happy with your service. Unfortunately there have been a couple of problems with delivery recently but your customer service team sorted this out. My only criticism would be a bit more care over the packing would be helpful and selection of goods that have a longer expiry date would be welcome. Having said this, you are far better than your competitors.”

“I love Ocado! It gives me back hours of my life as I don't have to trawl a supermarket doing a big shop, has a great range of food and non-food product, are invariably on time (if not early) in delivering and have a price promise. I've also found the customer service when perishables have not been 100% very good.”

“I have been an Ocado customer for over 12 years now and am extremely pleased with the service I have received over that time. I find the products I order have been carefully selected, be they fresh goods or otherwise and things are not just about to reach their 'sell by' dates, as can happen with other supermarket online services. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. They are helpful, informative and really seem to take an interest in me as a customer...asking where I would like my order putting, explaining any substitutions (a rare occasion) and requesting any used bags. I like the text and email advice I receive and being kept informed if the delivery is going to be delayed. The only thing I can criticise is sometimes things can be packed in a hurry...or so it seems as items such as 'Fresh Tiramisu' can be packed on it's side and not horizontally and so the dessert ends up squashed into a corner and quite unappetising. Otherwise I am extremely happy with Ocado's service and look forward to continuing our excellent relationship.”

“Excellent service, always polite. A few problems recently with late deliveries but text messages are really helpful. Really like the reserved slot that we have and smart pass. Tried many supermarkets and just don't get the quality. We live in an area where Waitrose don't deliver so having found Ocado we get the best of both worlds.”

“Generally very satisfied with quality of food and delivery, although sometimes packing shows lack of thought (eggs upside down with tins on top). However, refund procedure is fair and customer service friendly and efficient. On a little down note: it was such a lovely touch to remember each joining anniversary with a £10 voucher- leaving us free to make a choice (in our case Niederegger dark choc marzipan bars!) this year the gift is money off Prosecco, which we both don't drink. Although I realize it is your generosity to give us anything, we would have prefered the choice... Greetings, Elizabeth”
