“The service is always amazing, the delivery drivers are always so friendly and helpful. Only complaint is sometimes the fridge goods only have one or two days before expiry, apart from this Ocado offers a great service.”

“You make shopping so easy and even pleasurable! I can decide at the last minute, make changes up to the last minute, and have the goods delivered to my kitchen table. Any problems (and they are very few) are sorted quickly and courteously. There is a good range and I particularly enjoy being able to buy Waitrose goods. Thank you.”

“Excellent quality products and excellent range , if there is a squashed item it is resolved easily online. Friendly customer services. Packing can be a bit mixed ie fish in with fruit or heavy items on spinach. But customer services always resolve and refund this. Would like to receive email offers never had one , also the magazine would be nice as a hard copy not online, also only received one birthday gift and have been shopping for over 3 years now. Certainly the market leaders in my eyes and happy to recommend .”

“I have been getting Ocado to deliver for a number of years now. I keep going back as they have the produces I want and reasonable prices, they are reliable, informative and give excellent customer service.”

“My only complaint is packing ! Crushed stuff , broken biscuits etc. most recently squashed pizzas. The driver noticed it as the bag was handed over and he wanted to take them back and give me a refund but I said it was ok. He was charming. Your drivers are your best asset . Always polite and professional .”

“Ocado has the best range of products you can find for any online supermarket. The good thing is that you don't get food that expires the same day as i've experienced with other food deliveries. I like the fact I can book a delivery for the next day and edit later the same day. It's not the cheapest but it is the best.”

“We started using Ocado three years ago, with a SmartPass, and find it suits our lifestyle. It's easy to amend orders, and when things have been damaged by really silly packing they have been swiftly refunded. No plans to go anywhere else!”

“Food is fresh and lasts much longer than other supermarkets. It's always delivered on time, if not early, and the drivers are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Our weekly shop costs no more than it used to without other supermarkets but we're now getting more superior quality in terms of goods and service. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I have shopped with Ocado for many years. I use them because they are always on time, a very high percentage of what I order arrives with little or no substitutions. I also like the little freebies you get to try. Great service and polite drivers.”
