“Charming chap that delivrred my shopping, as are all the delivery guys. Delivery was on time, had one substitute (which is rare in my experience), othr than that, all goods ordrred eere present, well packed and cold. Hassle free service, happy customer, long may it continue!”

“We are very happy with Ocado because there are always offers on what We buy every week,plus they are generous with insentive's including a £10 voucher for wine this week we don't feel our custom is taken for granted they work to keep us and we like that.Any issue's are always delt with promptly over the phone.Drivers are very pleasant and helpful.I would recommend that the smart pass is taken up it really is value for money.We are retired now so have a budget and we feel the quality we get from Ocado make's us feel that we are actually not cutting back.We keep waiting for the customer service to slip and it has'nt so long may it continue.”

“ocado remains the best website for online grocery shopping. It is easy to use, you can shop easily by promotions, have access to your favourites and there is a huge variety of food to chose from including international varieties. The time slots are excellent and the service has always been polite and punctual. I pay for a smart pass, only bug is the differentiated costs that people pay. Often advertised as free for mid week or discounted for newbies. Rewards or small discounts should also go to loyalists. Overall though, excellent”

“Signed up for 12 months, now realise it's much more expensive then tesco, so now have to pay £10.99 a month not to use you..... Far too expensive, which is a shame because the service and choice is great.”

“I have shopped with Ocado for all my groceries for about the past 10 years, which is a recommendation in itself. I like the products I can buy, although am probably not as adventurous as I could be (e.g. I could use the recipe section more and order more of the stationery items). The drivers are always helpful and polite, and on the rare occasion when there has been something wrong with my order it has always been put right promptly. It is easy to get a refund through the website if an item is missing. There is nearly always a surprise 'freebie' item in the shopping. It is also convenient to use the linked websites of 'Fetch' for pet supplies and 'Sizzle' for cooking utensils and china and glassware - delivery is free if you tag it on to an existing Ocado delivery.”

“The range of products offered is endless - I have no need to shop anywhere else for food, toiletries, cleaning products, not even for electricals, stationery, and gifts! The delivery is reliable and the one-hour slots convenient, the app is incredibly easy to use and the plentiful customer reviews are informative when trying new items or checking the quality of seasonal goods.”
