“When I started to use you 2.5 years ago ,I told everyone how amazing you are,especially as straight from you produce lovely and fresh! In the past 6 months we have had so much waste,sell by,use buy,worse than that fresh poultry and meat ,fruit and veg,that I have had to throw,either because of smell,or discoloured,maybe we are just unlucky,I wish I could choose myself,but being a disables mum it's difficult. As well as fresh food we've had toiletries that have gone off. We remain loyal to you,but so much waiste and damaged items we have received,makes me worried! I'm sure I'm just unlucky,but if there is anyway,you can ask packers to send the freshest un damaged items,I would really appricate it. Take care in your ever growing business, Mrs Jo ,Sheppard .”

“Before I started to use Ocado thirteen years ago I tried other online shopping with Tesco and Sainsburys but found them poor. Admittedly at the start there were a few hiccoughs with Ocado but they improved their service very quickly and I have been a devoted shopper with them ever since. I only use Ocado unless on holiday in an area they don't reach and I hardly ever visit a supermarket. They nearly always deliver right on time but if the are running a little late I get a message. There are hardly ever any substitutions and the drivers are unfailingly polite and helpful. I can't understand why anyone would shop anywhere else!”

“Generally very good products and services. On the times deliveries were late, customer services were always very helpful. What makes Ocado stand out is the Customer Service team - always putting customers first. What would make Ocado even better is loyalty points for frequent customers to feel we are rewarded for shopping at ocado instead of elsewhere.”

“One of the best online grocery shop websites. Competitive pricing with good value Organic range too. Prompt and friendly drivers.....much friendlier than local supermarket on a Saturday. If there is an issue with any product then customer services are prompt to help and quickly resolve your issue. They always listen to any feed back. My weekly shopping experience with Ocado is a lot less stressful and saves a lot of time......you have to try it and you will be hooked.”

“Lovely drivers, usually no substitutions, nice stuff and always on time. Meat purchases aren't always reliable so I have to go to M&S. Likewise fruit. Some squashed items but not as bad as Tesco. Ocado does cost a bit more but because it is more reliable than Tesco's I'll stick with it.”

“Massive choice of goods, sorted by feedback from people like you and me, usually with a longer shelf life than same items purchased from normal supermarkets, on day of delivery you know long before your delivery time if something is missing unlike customers of the other suppliers of grocery”

“Ocado are the most reliable online food shopping retailer I've ever used. There are rarely substitutions or out of Stoke items. If there are substitutions they make sense. Deliveries are almost always on time. I have always been contacted if there are any delays. In fact I'm more likely to receive a call asking if they can deliver early than apologise for a delay. The choice and quality of the food is excellent.”

“Excellent grocery services. Website/ app work well, good selection of products, accurate stock information means it is very rare for ordered items not to be delivered which makes Ocado stand out from its competitors. Delivery also usually within slot by helpful and friendly drivers. Plus they take away old bags for recycling. A happy customer!”

“What can I say about Ocado...brilliant! Website is easy to use and navigate for offers and best buy and delivery is always good. I have used it for my weekly shop and my Brownie camp shop and I do not hesitate in recommending it.”

“Ocado home delivery has been a godsend for our family. The products have been of excellent quality and the choice and variety is very good. I can even buy my favourite Swedish products. We have had a couple of occasions where the packing in the warehouse has not been good and items have arrived in a broken condition and spilled over other items in the same carrier bag, i.e. coleslaw, cream and eggs. I also wonder why Ocado don't send out vouchers to loyal customers as do most supermarkets? Prior to payment, there is always the option to enter vouchers, although I hardly ever have any vouchers to enter.”
