“Excellent service, high quality groceries with long use by dates, friendly efficient delivery people, punctual, never late (yet!). Outstanding service - the other supermarket delivery schemes could learn something from the ocado team.”

“Great service, love the hour slots rather than Waitrose's two hours. Really appreciate that your virtually never substitute anything in my orders. I cook to recipes so missing or incorrect items can be a real pain. Drivers lovely, always offer to deliver right into the kitchen. This is greatly appreciated as I have back problems and heavy lifting not good for me. The check on Tesco's pricing is good, I have had a rebate on a couple of occasions. On the odd occasion when goods not quite up to the usual high standard appreciate the online rebate so much better than endless hanging on the phone. Minor compliant, on the odd occasion when I have had to communicate by phone. Such a long wait! Lou Park Bristol”

“I find it hard to remember what my weekly shopping was like before I found the joys of Ocado. There are so many good things about ordering on line with Ocado. The website is quick and efficienty and the choice and range of products is amazing. I love being able to check the reviews from other customers, which I find so helpful. They definitely influence what I buy and encourage me to try new items. There are plenty of delivery slots, and the opportunity to put in an order only hours before delivery is so helpful. I find that paying an annual delivery fee really works out well. The delivery men are, almost without exception, friendly, helpful and efficient. They phone you if they are running late. I have rarely had a late delivery and everything is usually in excellent condition with a number of days before the 'use by' date. Thank you, Ocado, and please keep up the high standard of your service.”

“We have been using Ocado for many years now and they are consistently good. They have such a good number of slots to choose from and it is usually possible to get a next day delivery even when completing a shop late at night. Could not do without Ocado!”

“I have been using Ocado for a while now, normally twice a week. I really like Ocado... The delivery is always on time; the drivers are polite and helpful; hardly missing items; wide range of organic products; wide range of baby products; the product description is very helpful, often find a surprise taster in a bag..... I can go on.... I have used other supermarket delivery services in the past. I can say from my experience that Ocado is far better than any others. I am very happy with Ocado and recommend it to everyone.”

“Have always had great customer service from ocado. The fact that you know if items are out of stock whilst placing your order make shopping so much easier. I have only had food substituted a handful of times over the last couple of years. Food always fresh with long dates on them & deliveries are always on time!”

“I've found my experience using Ocado home delivery is always pleasant, they're not frequently out of things I ordered, and I'm convinced their delivery team has some of the nicest staff. Once or twice I had a broken egg in the container, but the driver quickly remedied the problem for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocado home delivery.”

“It would be helpful to be able to do more micro selecting when choosing fruit e.g. Ripe/nearly ripe bananas, large/small strawberries. Searching is good but sometimes misses items that are available via a different route e.g. interdental brushes not found under toothbrushes. Would be useful to be able to suggest products. Thanks for good service and reliable drivers.”

“Overall service has been very good, love the bags being labelled for unpacking ease, drivers always courteous, the App is fab! Had an unfortunate experience with one delivery and was given a bottle of wine which was lovely but sadly it turned out to be a very cheap bottle of red that I could only use for cooking purposes which was disappointing.”

“I'm very impressed with the quality, value and freshness of the product range. Only gripe is that some drivers attitude isn't consistent. Some are great, happy friendly and polite but sadly I've had more than one driver who's been downright rude!”
