“We started using Ocado three years ago, with a SmartPass, and find it suits our lifestyle. It's easy to amend orders, and when things have been damaged by really silly packing they have been swiftly refunded. No plans to go anywhere else!”

“Food is fresh and lasts much longer than other supermarkets. It's always delivered on time, if not early, and the drivers are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Our weekly shop costs no more than it used to without other supermarkets but we're now getting more superior quality in terms of goods and service. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I have shopped with Ocado for many years. I use them because they are always on time, a very high percentage of what I order arrives with little or no substitutions. I also like the little freebies you get to try. Great service and polite drivers.”

“excellent customer service when I need it but frustrated that out of stock items are not removed from the website. Also don't deliver to my holiday destination in Devon which is a disappointment after paying for a smartpass.”

“How can you not love Ocado? . Super easy on line ordering. Reminds you when you may need items that you haven't ordered in awhile. A one hour delivery window with the open of selected a green time slot. Courteous drivers carry the bags into the kitchen, and you hand back the previous order's bag for recycling.”

“Excellent choice of products; particularly good range of gluten free foods. Delivery drivers are very polite and product substitutions are rare. The website and app are clear, simple and easy to use and notifications are regular and useful. The only fault I have is that products are not always packaged with common sense...tins of beans and bottles on top of bread for instance = squashed loaf. All in all, excellent company and would highly recommend!!!!”

“Ocado always gives an excellent service. I get deliveries whenever I want and the shop rarely has missing items or substitutes. Should there be a problem then refunds are given without question. The drivers have always been so helpful, polite and will carry your shopping wherever you want. An excellent service.”

“Tried ocado first to get the £20 off about 10 months ago and never looked back. I spend less, get better quality and you don't get the stress you get in the popular discount supermarkets. They are really helpful and friendly, only use supermarkets for when we run out of essentials in between orders.”

“Excellent service. Bags still on occasion poorly packed, ie salad under cans, bottles in carrier tipped sideways in bag so slip out, etc.”
