When it works ( which is 99.99% of time) is fab. Drivers are all polite and courteous, rarely get substitutions and love the advance text messages with the van details etc. Food always fresh, and when anything is sub-standard or damaged, refunds are fast. Would be 5 stars, however a couple of times when I have been either a couple of minutes late to my house or unable to take a delivery early we have been let down ( and unable to contact the driver who 'wasn't answering' despite passing them 500yards from my door) - and then the system seems to fail - as get told 'you can have it sometime tomorrow'.. That said - I get 2 deliveries a week, and have for years so perhaps I should have given this a 4.5 star :)

Delivery on time and if it is going to be early I have received a call to ask if it is convenient..Excellently packed in labelled bags depending on where the food etc is stored..The shopping list is divided into date use by which is brilliant so if something is going to be too short of life you can hand it back no questions asked..Drivers are very helpful and polite ..Food is fresh and of great quality..Any problems are soon sorted and refunds given if requested..Best delivery service of all of the supermarkets

Maybe there could be a check on the fragility of goods before they are packed into carrier bags. It would be good if the more fragile could be placed in a more rigid container to be transported from van to house. Thank you.

Great choice of products, hardly ever any substitutions. Drivers are all friendly and polite. Very pleased with this service. As a Mum of a young one, I rely on Ocado as do not have the time and toddler does not have the patience to shop in the supermarkets!

Used to be my supplier of choice by miles, but in the last month or so, every delivery has been running over an hour late, and they seem ti have sold out of so many of the items that I wanted (particularly those on offer.) And the rest of the pack is improving and quickly overtaking them.

Have been very pleased with the delivery service and the drivers are always polite. Sometimes however I feel that the shopping could be packed a bit better. Have had broken eggs, and milk that has leaked over my carpet on delivery. But always pleased with customer services, when I have had to speak to them. Problems are always dealt with very quickly.

I've been an Ocado customer for over ten years and have always found them absolutely brilliant, from the great selection of food to the prompt deliveries and great customer service. We have a big family and run our own business and having our weekly deliveries makes life so much easier for me. I also use Fetch and am really pleased with the availability of the good quality pet foods and treats I usually find hard to source, and the fact I can add those to our weekly shop is so handy.

I would like more incentives to spend money with Ocado! Smart pass deals are generally good but only if you need to buy wine or unessential items. An anniversary 'reward' or once you spend over a certain amount consistently. I spend £70 a week with Ocado and since joining I've had the odd smart pass offer but nothing substaintial

Trips to the supermarket aren't much fun for our two kids so buying the bulky stuff online gives us that time back. Very seldom have any issue with out of stock items and you're always made aware of availability before completing your order. Smart pass worth doing (esp when there's an annual offer like the one we took advantage of) as you save a fortune on delivery costs and gain more with special offers too.

There is sometimes a problem with packing, with delicate goods packed under tinned goods, e.g. To be fair, Ocado are brilliant at replacing or refunding the damaged goods, but I'd rather not have the hassle. However, things have definitely improved recently, so perhaps the message is getting through. The only other unsatisfactory aspect of Ocado is buying meat. (1) The customer ought to be able to specify a target weight, or perhaps a preference, e.g. 'no smaller than 1.5 kg' -- the bands are too broad. And (2) all too often with two-portion packs, the portions are very different in size. I now tend to buy lamb chops in 4s, so that I can match up the two biggest, for one meal, and the two smallest, to bulk out with extra veg. I suppose some people might want a big and a small portion, but we need to have the opportunity to specify this -- e.g. 'equal portions' or 'one big, one small'.

We've been shopping with Ocado for 4 years now. I love that you can see if a product is in stock, so you don't have the disappointment of swaps when you receive your deliveries. If ever I've had the need to request a refund (broken eggs etc), the refund has been dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Deliveries are always on time and the Smart Pass means I don't pay for deliveries. More than happy with the service offered and have recommended to friends and family.

Excellent delivery service for food. There are so many delivery slots that it is easy to find one that matches your lifestyle, whether you are an early riser or a late worker. Price matching means that whilst not the cheapest in the country, you are paying a very competitive price for your groceries and the quality of food delivered, particularly fresh food, is excellent. I would highly recommend Ocado to anyone who wants high quality and delicious food delivered to their home.
