“I've tried all the major online supermarkets. Ocado wins hands down. Their products seem to be the freshest compared to the other supermarkets and I hardly ever need substitution items. It's very handy that they stock non food items too like stationery, toys, bedding etc which is delivered the same time as my main order- no more waiting in all day for a postal delivery! They also carry everything up several flights of stairs to my flat, not just dumping it at the main front door which is a HUGE plus. The drivers are always friendly, helpful and polite too.”

“The stress of shopping is taken away by using Ocado. Prices and choices of products are very competitive. There is an excellent no quibble procedure when and if things go wrong. Drivers are always on time but, if they are going to be late or early, they always contact me. An excellent on line shopping experience.”

“The most efficient way to do grocery shopping. I find the website easy to use and there is availability of nearly every item I look for. The deliveries are punctual and the delivery men are all very polite. I couldn't ask for more!”

“I don't hesitate to give the best recommendation to Ocado. I have been having their deliveries (mid-week) for several years now. First and foremost the food is good : good value, good variety and selection. Importantly, it is never 'use by' on the date it is delivered, but has several days grace, usually. Quality is generally reliable. On the odd occasions when not, the procedure for claiming against bruised fruit etc etc is straightforward and efficient. Also, very rarely are items missing or unavailable - and a simple text informs me beforehand when and if, so there is a choice regarding substitutions. All in all, everything has been thought about, and delivery is efficient, reliable and 99% by really helpful kind drivers. If anything has gone wrong, again Ocado is easy to contact, and they have always been helpful and courteous in sorting things out. I find their online ordering system easy to negotiate, and now very quickly done. Thank you!”

“Good customer services, I took a monthly payment for my deliveries, you can have 2 slots a week, no more fluctuating slot prices. Plus you get anniversary wine, and you get freebies now and again, nice surprises. I have shopped for nearly three years and won't change. Drivers are really helpful.”

“90% of the time ocado are excellent. Always on time. And helpful drivers. But I have found some products get damaged so easily. I have had a jar of mint sauce but no mint sauce it was empty. I recently had a sandwich filling dilievered with no lid. Snd mushrooms which the packet was open. But on the whole they are good.”

“I can't fault the service from Ocado but what i am disappointed about is that most shops now are showing many items that i want out of stock, I find this really frustrating when shopping online as i almost give up with the shopping if there are too many things in one shop that are not in stock.”

“I LOVE: The choice of products The App, It's so easy to use The offers and that it's easy to see when your favourites are on offer 99 percent of drivers are polite and helpful I HATE: When they repeatedly make packing errors, either by packing heavy items with light ones causing leaks Or by just sending the wrong item. I'm hoping they continue to make improvements because when things go right its the best online grocery shop...and I've tried them all!”

“Until a recent in interaction with your call centre I would have put very good. I had a very bad experience with a very rude person...... One of the managers sorted it out, but after seven years of using you it did make me question my further relationship with you.”

“I use Ocado because it's online service is reliable and I know I can rely on quality. Plenty of hourly time slots , drivers are always punctual helpful and polite and only very occasional grocery replacements . I like Waitrose products and the availability of fresh deli and fish etc . I find the website easy to use and the 5p for each returned bag is good policy too!”
