“Ocado is online food shopping like never before! And you can say goodbye to missing items from your online shop. In nearly two years of shopping with Ocado only a few items, yes a few, have been missing from about 50+ deliveries, which is fantastic as you don't have to visit a real shop to get what you need. I've tried online shopping with two major supermarkets but neither was as good as Ocado. My second favourite feature is that the time slots are 1 hour so you don't have to hang around for as long as you do with other supermarket deliveries. And only three times has the driver been late, which I think is very reliable. Ocado has a good website and app, and it's really easy to find and see items (including favourites and those you have purchased before) - and know how much you've saved. You can easily import your favourites from other supermarkets too. I love the way you can shop for food, gifts, beauty products, clothes, household items, all in the one place.”

“Very pleased with service over last 20 months. One hour delivery window really helpful and drivers very prompt, helpful and cheerful. Substitutions really are very rare. I am coeliac and having spent time comparing various competitors decided Ocado had best range of gluten free products that I like. In the rare event of needing to speak with someone it is easy to get though and speak with a real person.”

“I find the whole Ocado experience so convenient and easy to access with so much choice. The produce is always fresh; well packed into freezer, fridge and cupboard bags making it easy to unpack and put away. The delivery persons are always polite and helpful. The only criticism that I have is having to pay for bags-I know I could give them back and be reimbursed but I re-use them for rubbish. A suggestion to you is that you invest in strong paper sacks ( as the American supermarkets do) Overall you provide an excellent service!”

“I truly believe that Ocado is the best grocery (and more!) delivery company. We decided to try it first about 6 years ago (after trying some of the supermarkets' deliveries) and we've never looked back. I think that Ocado excels in every point I can think of - my shopping is extremely rarely substituted or has missing items, deliveries are timely, drivers courteous, customer service helpful and caring and the website and app are just fab (and they keep improving). Very highly recommended!”

“great drivers - polite, human, jolly. Only concern is that sometimes items I have removed from my trolley then appear on my order when it arrives - never very expensive thing and very hard to prove but is has happened on a number of occasions - e.g. spring onions, tomatoes, cereal etc.”

“The drivers are always extremely polite and helpful. Time slots are better than most supermarket delivery options, the app is the best out there, and it's often on time and all items are present more often than they used to be. The downside would be the fact that refunds cannot be requested via the app (only via the online website), which is perhaps deliberate to discourage requests, but when a whole carton of something has leaked all over a bag, it shouldn't be a hassle to request a refund.”

“We have tried a number of supermarket delivery companies and find Ocado one of the best. I love the text messages a few hours before the delivery to confirm any missing or replaced items, and the delivery drivers are great - very friendly and place the food where ever you want it.”

“In the main a pleasurable experience with polite drivers taking care of the delivery; occasionally, one or two let you down - little communication, customer care or concern for the handling of the shopping. Time management of deliveries is excellent within the slot and the ordering process from the website or the mobile app is great. Thank you.”

“Excellent service on the whole and first class delivery people. However, I am mystified why some quite basic items are "out of stock" frequently - examples would include Waitrose anchovies, Waitrose 1 litre extra virgin olive oil and Waitrose fruits de mer; I would be amazed if they were not available on Waitrose shelves.”
