“We've been using Ocado for several years and highly recommend them. They have by far the best website - it's easy to find what you want and the stock is always up to date. We've only had substitutes once in a blue moon. If there are any problems with items they put it right and they price match against Tesco and give vouchers if a delivery would have been cheaper from Tesco. What's not to love? Great service, plenty of choice and good pricing.”

“I love ocado. I've been shopping with them for years. The drivers are always very nice and helpful. The quality of the products is great and I love their new bags recycling system. I have used other supermarkets in the past and ocado is by far the best.”

“Ocado offers a much wider range of products than my local supermarkets. The drivers are really helpful, friendly and polite and I like being able to track exactly how much I'm spending as I put items into the trolley. My only criticism would be the packing - sometimes I find my leafy salad veg at the bottom of a bag - hence the Good rating rather than Very Good. With my monthly Smart Pass, I get free delivery between Tuesday and Thursday which works very well for me. Overall, a much better use of time than pushing a trolley round the local supermarkets!”

We're really sorry to read that your packing hasn't been to the best standards at times. Any time you receive poor packing and advise us of this, we pass on your feedback to the Warehouse Management team as this is something that we always want to improve wherever we can. Apologies again that your packing hasn't been too great. Hopefully on your next order, you'll see a much better improvement in this.

“Very Reliable. On rare occasions when delivery delayed because of weather or major traffic problems,I have been warned by phone. 1 hour time slot much better than 2hrs. Excellent range of goods and high quality stuff available. I started using Ocado primarily for their Waitrose produce which at that time was not available where I live. Not the case now but I still find Ocado has the widest range for food & groceries home delivery. Orders always correct. Except when I have a daft moment. Web site fast and reliable, Unavailable items (except for a very few products which I think are mythological) significantly less of a problem than other supermarket home delivery outfits. Damaged or substandard goods - rare - I have always had my money back. Drivers always helpful and courteous, and usually good natured. Most are good enough at customer relations to make it seem unforced.”

“By using Ocado it has changed my opinion of on line shopping. I have been using Ocado for 11 months now. I have tried it with other supermarkets and was not impressed. I will continue to use Ocado for my weekly shop. If there are any delays (only one so far and that was due to problems on a motorway) the driver kept me informed as to when he would be arriving.”

“I absolutely love receiving my emails and texts confirming my delivery and it makes me happy to see their lovely vans arrive with my food. The only thing I struggle with is that as you can't choose the fresh foods personally it means often have to use things up quickly as the use by dates come round quickly.”

“I switched to Ocado from Tesco, after putting up with late deliveries and mediocre service for some years. Ocado shines, not only are deliveries always on time, their drivers couldn't be more helpful, pleasant and willing to put the delivery exactly where I need it. I also like the fact that they email me on the day of delivery, telling me that everything is there. I just got a 'birthday present' too, to celebrate two years as a customer. Keep up the excellent work Ocado, thank you!”

“Usually very good but it is very frustrating when for example you have ordered 6 bottles of Pelorus and only 2 arrive with 4 Lindauer. The stock needs to be accurate or they are delivered at a later date when back in stock at the offer price”

“Ocado home delivery is amazing, I have shopped this way for over 10 years, have two deliveries a week and have only had my shopping arrive late once when their was a lot of snow and no access to my home. I have now added my father in law onto my home shopping and it has been a lifesaver as he can no longer go shopping himself. He writes the list and I deal with the ordering it saves myself and my husband so much time and ocado deliver to his flat within an old peoples complex the drivers are brilliant and so helpful. My father in law loves the quality and variety of the food which is better than where he shopped before. So all good and nothing bad about ocado, thank yiu very much.”

“Been with Ocado a long time and it was one of the best things we ever did. After working long hours the last thing we wanted to do was go grocery shopping with the crowds. The relief of not having to do this coupled with the convenience of home grocery deliveries at an agreed time slot that suits us is a godsend. This plus the competitive price matching makes the whole exercise stress free.”

“Ocado online shopping is always reliable in terms of time keeping, the website is easy to use. The van drivers are polite and very pleasant characters. Ocado offers a very wide selection of products, well sourced and of high quality. I often take advantage of their special offers too. There are rarely any substitutions and I mostly get all the products I've ordered. I receive a message confirming my order, and a text on the day of delivery from the driver, giving his name, details of the van, all of which is very reassuring. Delivery charges are reasonable.”
