“After cancelling my order almost 6 weeks ago, but you still insisted on sending it out to me, it was immediately returned. I'm now 4 weeks later and still not had a refund. This is not good enough! Refund what you owe.”

“I paid my money for my product and it never arrived. I then contacted Oceans Alive Health directly via email and had no response. This is absolutely not acceptable and I will be not be using any services from them ever again!!!”

“Orderd 1 month ago and still hasnt arrived, i contacted the seller and was told that i would be the one who should contact the delivery company. And i also was the one who had to contact them about the item not arriving. This company seems to not care at all about their customers.”
