“Do not deal with this company. To say they use sharp practice is an understatement. I have fallen foul several times with silver tongued sales people. They will always push you to a business contract to avoid the cooling off period and deliberately try and throw in 36 month contract without you realising. When my contract ends I will never ever ever go near this company again. Avoid”
“Spent an hour on the phone yesterday to these people (they called me) I was busy in my shop and agreed to a contract with them which sounded ok (new phone), but assumed would be 14 day cooling off period.
Only today I realise there’s no cooling off period because it’s a business tariff. So I’m stuck with a much more expensive tariff that I don’t need.

“I had a number of unresolved issues, relating to broadband upgrade, undelivered mobile phone, unreceived invoices and system issues - none were time critical but promises that "fixes were in place" had raised expectations, but were wearing a bit thin. Kealey firstly listened patiently while I listed the issues, recognised what needed to be done, took ownership of the process and within two days delivered either the solution or clear confirmation (in the case of the broadband upgrade) that it was scheduled to happen.
