“Opendoor gave us a very fair offer. We had know idea that the process would be this easy and smooth. Carissa was great working with and was with us every step of the way. The process began in January and we were done with their side by the first of March. Would I recommend opendoor? Absolutely. A great and fair company.”

“To say I was skeptical was an understatement! But, after the video walkthrough and offer, I went for it. Eric Wright, my experience partner, walked me through it and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend this company.”

“I love Open Door! They have been amazing from the beginning of this process to the end. My family and I are truly grateful to Opendoor for providing my us the opportunity to fulfill our dreams of buying a new home. We honestly didn't think it was possible - until we received the OpenDoor postcard in the mail. From our experience partner to closing agent we have received incredible service. Open Door made selling and buying our home a smooth process and communication was always on point. The level of service throughout this has been top notch and we are forever grateful. “Only took 3 in a half weeks for me to go from accepting Opendoors offer to getting paid by Opendoor after moving out. They turned a usually elongated process of traditional home selling to a smooth, efficient and easy process. I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction and Opendoor offers fair market value for your home and reasonable fees. Most importantly, you are in control and Opendoor works with you. “Working with Opendoor as a buyer was incredibly easy. It was simple to connect with an agent to show me homes and I especially loved when I could tour the home on my own. I was never pressured but always found help when I needed it. I will definitely use them again.”

“I was nervous to make this decision to sell my house to Open-door, but once the experience representative told me how the process worked and I reviewed a couple of YouTube videos of their past customer, I said yes, the experience was similar to traditional, but it took the anxiety out of the process. If you don't want people going in and out of your house, or wonder which contract to pick and hope it goes through with out any issues, this is the way to go. This is a Legit company. I would do business with them again.”

“Jess Smith was great. The process was clear. Negotiations were reasonable and flexibility was undeniably fantastic. There was a hiccup with a contracting escrow and title firm, which Opendoor definitely needs to iron out. However, regardless, Opendoor remains a much preferred option to “agents,” “staging,” and “showing.” Thank you!”

“drove 3 hours and it’s my girlfriend to view a house we had scheduled an appointment for in the app. when we arrive we can’t get in, call for help, and they said for this house they “can’t open the door”. what a company name lol”

“They bought the home next door to me and have allowed the grass to get 20” tall and weeks to flourish. It’s an eyesore. I called to complain but 6 days later no action. I’ve now turned it over to the code enforcement division of Chesterfield, MO”

“Opendoor was hassle free. If you have ever sold a home where you spent a lot of time scheduling people to see your home, either with inspection or buyers you know it is a pain and time consuming. If you have a pet it can worse worrying what to do with them while people are in your home. With opendoor we had none of that. We did a video walk thru of our home and sent it in. It was that easy. No inspection, no people to schedule, no hassle.”

“Opendoor is a really easier company to work with and provides you with a generous offer on your home. I have worked with them on selling as well as purchasing and both sides have been amazing.
