“In January one of my sisters was diagnosed with Terminal Lung Cancer and in February another Sister was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer, we needed to sale our home so I reached out to Opendoor. It was a wonderful, stress free process from the beginning to the end. My contact Customer Service Representative was always there for me and answered all of my questions. I am so thankful I made the call.”

“I was under contract for a house being sold by Opendoor. The utilities were not turned on so my inspector was not able to perform services. Per agreement Opendoor and seller were to pay for the inspector invoice if he comes back again since utilities were confirmed to have been turned on. Long story short, utilities were not turned on and the inspector was not able to perform services. I went ahead and cancelled the contract since to me they were not serious with the sale and requested that Opendoor and seller pay for the inspection fees as promised but they refuse to since the contract has been cancelled. It was not my fault that the utilities were not turned on for the inspector to perform services not only once but twice. Why would I be paying for these fees? I am now stuck with an invoice that should be paid by Opendoor and seller for a house that I couldn't even inspect. Very disappointed!!!”

“Viewed Opendoor’s offer for our Condo in Las Vegas and liked what we saw. Did the video tour, agreed on a price and closed 2 weeks later. The only issue was a slight lack of communication with the Escrow Agent a few days before we were to close. We had to phone her to arrange a remote Notary. Other than that it went smoothly, cheque was couriered out 3 days later.”

“With Opendoor we were able to sell our home without disrupting our lives. We have a dog, 4 cats and a son who works the night shift making it hard for showings. Everything was done over the phone and computer. The whole process was super easy and if there were questions, someone got back to us right away. Opendoor was very flexible with our closing as we decided to build a new home instead of buying an existing one. Without this flexibility, we wouldn't have been able to purchase our new home. I recommend using Opendoor without hesitation and will definitely look at using them again if or when the time comes to move again...hopefully not for a long time though!”

“I would highly recommend selling your home to Opendoor if you’re looking for an easy and turnkey approach to selling. The process and steps described during my initial meeting was exactly what took place during my transaction. The online dashboard was super convenient for seeing upcoming steps and planning ahead. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went. I do believe I may have been able to handle some of the repairs to the home on my own and for a reduced cost, but the ease of letting them handle it and just the saved time and stress on my end was worth the cost.”

“They will screw you and give you the daily run around, telling you what you want to hear. Stayed two days after closing, they advised it was free. However that is a lie. Opendoor keeps 2,000 dollars. They request pictures on the move date. All my pictures were perfect and Opendoor stated so. I am still waiting on my $2,000 Opendoor stated was released, daily call prove otherwise. I just filled a complaint with BBB.”

“Great experience after a very rough last couple of years… Opendoor’s offer for my home was extremely fair considering I wouldn’t have to worry about repairs and wondering if the deal was going to fall through in the middle of escrow. Terrance Wright was amazing in helping me through the process. Maybe I could have received a bit more from f I’d put it on the market, but I’m positive it wouldn’t have been worth it”

“Opendoor was the best possible choice we could have ever made. We had looked at one or two other similar sites, but in doing our research every result in our search kept telling us that Opendoor was the best, and we have to say that we were NOT disappointed. They have made the process as smooth and seamless as you could imagine. Their offer was more than competitive to some others we looked at, and the ease with which the whole process proceeded has convinced us that if we EVER decide to sell again, we would definitely be looking to use them again. Opendoor and the partners they work with on the various aspects of the process were all professional and timely and VERY helpful as we hat LOTS of questions because we had never gone through anything like this before. If you choose to use them, you won't be disappointed either.”

“The entire process from start to finish was rather quick and stress free. Being able to sell my house without having to put it on the market and prep/show it was very convenient. The team at Opendoor worked very quickly and diligently to streamline an otherwise lengthy and tedious process.
