Worst client service you can imagine. I normally do not write feedback - but in case of OPODO I have to in order to prevent others from having same bad experience. We booked flight to and back from US. Due to COVID situation this could not happen. Luckily the flights were changed in schedule, so that we could claim refund. After endless calls with incompetent Helpdesk from OPODO we managed after more then 6 months to get our money. And this was only thanks to the professionalism and flexibility of United, which refunded in spite of not having received a refund claim from OPODO. We had to directly manage this with UNITED, as OPODO was not able to. So tx to UNITED and never again OPODO! Keep away from this company if you do not want to lose a lot of time when something goes wrong!

I took a plane ticket 4300 aed flight from dubai to manila with 2stop over.. When i went to airport on the flight day they refuse to give me ticket pass due to issue in malaysia terminal transfer issue..due to that i came on airport customer service for help...he told only your option and the one who could help you is to rebook from the agent you bought the ticket as i told through online opodo.ae i purchase it..then i call hotlines but went badly..all the numerals are not working..till now i still chasing to whom i can speak for request of my refund..it was fun that the apps i downloaded in my mobile was still updating my flights that i wasnt been inside that plane... Merry Christmas to opodo staffs!!you can celebrate with the money you took from not on me but many of us...Good luck to your management...

I WOULD NOT GIVEN EVEN ONE STAR, FOR THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. I AM FOLLOWING UP MY REFUND LAST 6 MONTHS, UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM OPODO. EVEN, NO ONE ATTENDING THE CALLS. EVERY TIME STEROTYPE REPLY FROM AGENCY, IT IS SO ANNOYING. Please never choose this websit to book the tickets. Moreover, for my case, airline cancelled the flights & there is no my fault at all. Please dont choose this travel agent. if choose, you are the loser.

AVOID OPODO like the Plague! They are just scammers! On 30/07/2021, bought a flexible, return ticket frm UK to UAE & paid a Premium charge to have the flexibility to change my flights. Their price for the airfare wasn't the cheapest either! When the time came to change my return flight to be home for Christmas with my family, I spent nearly 5 (Five!) hours over several days talking to several of their staff - Varun; Nishant - 3 times; Jian; Sheekha; and others trying to change my return date & arguing with them that I had paid a Premium in order that I could change my return flight but they just wouldn't know! At first they said that they had sent a change request to Etihad & assured me that they would contact me within 5- 7 days. They never did - of course! Then they said that they were chasing Etihad for a response & added that EY will probably charge me £205 plus a possible ticket by them & when I rejected this and argued that I had paid a Premium to be able to change my flights, they told me that: "According to the terms & conditions of your flight booking, the tickets you have purchased cannot be modified or changed!" When I protested harshly about this & insisted that I wanted to escalate & discuss my complaint with a manager, I was told by Ms. Sheekha that their manager - a Mr. AMEESH - would get back to me within the hour. Again, he never did of course - if he ever existed! In the end, thankfully, a colleague at work who was aware of this issue, gave me a particular contact number at Etihad & after I explained the situation to them, was able to change my return flight out of Abu Dhabi three (3) times for FREE! What a breath of fresh air the staff at Etihad are! I have now decided to AVOID Opodo the scammers (as well as all other travel agents!), pay a slightly pricier fare but, in return, I will have peace of mind & an excellent service!

first of all and simple recommend is never use opodo. it was my original flight on 16th of March 2020 cancelled because of first outbreak of covid. since then I have been kept waiting to get refund. Opodo hs sent me several time some emails mentioning that they sent refund request airlines but has not been processed. its a big scam. it should not be that long since march 2020 till now almost more than one and half year!!!! never recommend opodo...

I bought 2 tickets for Vienna. One ticket for my sister and a ticket for myself. I then actually couldn’t fly, yet my sister did. Happy Days I then see a transaction on my account for £59.99 x 2. I queried it and allegedly I signed up for OPODO PRIME !!!! As I bought two tickets- I ALLEGEDLY singed TWICE. Seriously!! I was charged for 2 accounts- which I find appalling - somewhere there was a small print. Don’t be scammed nor conned by OPODO. I contacted them- it’s my fault. They don’t reply and when they do- it’s well passed the 14 days cancellation so I HAD TO PAY. DISGRACEFUL SO MANY HAVE BEEN CONNED BY OPODO. It’s all over social media and this is the ONLY way they reply. Twitter or Facebook. PLEASE- don’t be another victim- and don’t use OPODO. £119.98 for what- an account(s) that I allegedly signed up for- OPODO PRIME = SCAMMED!!!! Thanks for nothing.

Only gave it one star so I could give a review. Elderly relative googled Air NZ and Opodo ad came up - she booked, then realised it wasn't Air NZ and cancelled. Refund not forthcoming. Uncontactable. Thieves preying on naive people. I do wonder how they sleep at night. Bet their parents are proud of them.

Terrible , they never confirm the options they give you if you have to change the booking and their agent never solve the issues I spoke several times for the last two weeks on the app with different agent trying to change my booking , they give you options but never gets confirmed is useless and you just waist money and time ,is a scan and the phone number they give you to call never answer ,is the worse site ever

Ticket bought in Nov 2019. Flights cancelled by the airline in March 2020. Chased the refund so many times and never received it. Worst company ever!

Do not book Opodo, just do not even be tempted. Like many other reviews, I too have had a horrible experience with Opodo and remain over $3000 out of pocket due to a refund which I still have not received. My flights were originally cancelled in April 2020 due to the pandemic. I am entitled to and have been told my refund is being processed by the airline ever since.... Like many others, I have experienced a complete lack of genuine care or ability to actually investigate what the problem is in processing my refund. All call centre staff are very well trained in conveying a scripted response designed to force you to continue to wait for your refund. I have now been waiting 19 months. Do not book Opodo, just do not even be tempted.
