“THe heated vest was so awesome we decided to oreder the heated gloves. Gloves are awesome too But best of all is the customer service. I ordered the gloves and they were sent via USPS but we don't get service in the mtns of CO, only UPS or Fedex. SO the gloves never made it and were returned. One call to customer service and a new order of gloves were sent imediately via UPS. What a great company”

“I received the vest with a defective battery. I had to prove the battery was defective with videos and befoire I could get a replacement bqttery, the whole process took about one month. Poor customer service.”

“I live in Kasilof Alaska where the temperatures dip into the negatives. This vest is nice and warm when I go outside hiking, walking or just going outside with my dog. Love my vest”

“I have not received all of my order yet! I received one item that came from China by DHL and it got here on time. But the rest of my order is coming from Texas by USPS. That half of the order has been "on its way" for 11 days now! It arrived at the main distribution center of my state 4 days ago and still no update. It says "moving through network, in transit to next facility arriving late" The next facility that it's going to is about 10 miles down the road if that! So it shouldn't take 4+ days to get there. First time customer and may not order anything else again!”

“I typically wear a medium, but had to downsize to the small for this vest in order to eliminate a lot of draft and a loose neck. The small is PERFECT! It’s really a superb product.”

“I bought a heated vest for a trip to Boston and NYC in January, because I am always freezing there. It was amazing. My kids were pleased as I was not complaining constantly about being cold. I was even warm on the plane! The vest was to arrive on January 27, we arrived on the 25th. The vest was already there a x my daughter had charged the batteries. Great service! Kathleen Johnson”
