“I was a little concerned it was going to be too puffy to fit under a coat, but it works perfectly both under a coat or as an extra layer over a sweatshirt. It fits well and the crop is perfect. The fabric does get caught in the zip pretty frequently, but it's not annoying enough to knock off a star. Went with a medium for the extra layering space, but I typically wear a small. (5'4" / 160lbs). The heat is just perfect, I haven't needed it above the lowest temp.”

“I tried these Gloves on to clear my driveway and walk on a day where the temperature was 16 below zero, and they were useless. Maybe the temperature was too much for the gloves, but they should have supplied some warmth, as opposed to almost none. I'll give them another try on a day where it is not as cold, and give an updated Review.”

“Customer service has been very poor from the very get-go. I have not got to utilize my heated vest due to the inconsistency in the customer service rep ability to correct my issue. I would not recommend this product to anyone.”

“Their product is fine. I had a sweatshirt that I purchased 3 years and 3 months ago which stopped working. I have purchased a few other items as well. I understand that I was not entitled to receive a free replacement, but I wasn't offered much beyond a $20 certificate. I believe in the product, but hesitant on recommending due to how long the product lasts.”

“I purchased a different name brand for Christmas andas a gift for someone. I returned it. I love the looks,features and the fit of this. I received one like from my son years ago and it's looks like brand new.”

“I wish the battery lasted longer. I also wish kid sizes were available. We ended up getting an adult XS for my son that works but it would be too big for my younger kids. More kids in school are asking for them. Great for recess and out door rinks.”

“I like my vest though I did find it ran a bit small per the measurements. I love love love the heated option and pockets but the time for my battery pack had never reached what it says for the three levels, hence the 4 out of 5 above.”
