“I have gifted several of your heated vests over the holidays and new year. Without exception, everyone was absolutely thrilled when they opened their gift. I gifted one to a friend with some health issues that make her cold all the time. She was so happy to receive this warm hug from a friend and “hasn’t taken it off” since she received it. I love mine and wear it around the house to take the chill off periodically! Only complaint is the battery is a little big and the placement a bit awkward sometimes under my ski jacket.”

“The battery for my heated coat wouldn't charge. I notified Ororo Customer service and they sent me a new one free of charge. I had to pay the shipping charges but, that was no problem.”

“The jacket's fit was meaningfully different than a previous purchase, even after I confirmed these differences would not be presence. The Florence is boxy, bulky and containing protruding wiring/electronics that you can feel when trying on.”

“Ororowear heated jackets are excellent. I have two, one is a heated short raincoat when I want a little warmth and a break from the wind, and the other a women’s slim fit jacket for colder days. I have purchased jackets for 4 family members and all have enjoyed wearing them. I highly recommend the company and their heated attire”

“I receive the Ororo Buffalo Heated gloves. I ordered extra large. The gloves fit very tight, especially in the fingers. They arer also very stiff. I tried them out on a cold hike. My fingers got cold even on the the high temp setting. I do not like the gloves. I want to return them but I when I tried I was informed that they are not returnable. My bad for not understanding the return policy before buying.”

“I was given a heated vest for Christmas by my kids and have been so impressed and warm! I returned the battery because the original one didn't heat as promised but a new one was quickly sent out. I told them they needed to hurry with the replacement because I was spoiled and couldn't live without it!”
