Lost my parcel, i put in a claim for compensation which they haven't paid and don't even reply to emails now, avoid these sharks folks,

They are cheating people! the prices and services they offer are not real and you can only understand that when you talk to customer service. They offered 16 GBP to send a box from Copenhagen to London but then they say it is not available and i have to use the alternative service which is 5 times more expensive.

If you are sending to the UK and the item is of low value then they provide a cost effective service. If you are sending items abroad, if the item has any value or you require any sort of customer service then avoid Parcel2Go. Their customer service is non-existent, if anything goes wrong you will need insurance. Even then it can take up two months before you actually get your money back. The bottom line is, if the parcel has value and you need it delivered on time don't use Parcel2Go

My parcel arrived at your Runcorn Warehouse 6 at 5.41am on Friday 18th of May 2018 on a 24 next day paid for delivery on that day. It contains an £880 item. It has not moved from that warehouse since then, from which the obvious and only conclusion that can be drawn in view of this company's reputation, is that my item has been stolen. I do not expect I will ever see it, and the sender has now opened a case against this thieving outfit which should be banned from trading. Lots of other similar reviews have been posted about the way this company operates, which has prompted me to say my piece. Furiously yours, Tedlad.

Should be closed down this company...they don't pay out after losing your parcel even though you pay insurance.. my box was a pair of mens wellies size nine so not the smallest of boxes....the drivers know they are going to steal your parcels as they sign the wrong side of the card....total rip off .... parcel2go alright...straiggt into someone else's home

Failed to deliver then refused to discuss the problem - even though their website showed the parcel was in their depot. Impossible to contact by email or phone and their 'chat help' cuts you off and simply refers you to the sender. The worst service imaginable. Useless.

never again would i use this service again my parcel as not be deliverd to me from the 4th of may 2018 yet all they keep doing is telling me to wait one more week yet they told me they will keep me updated on this yet they done nothing i had to keep contacting them its very poor

They did not deliver my parcel and responded rudely when i asked about the parcel.... also they insisted that they had delivered it and that i had signed for it... crazy lies!!

They lost my parcel and refused compensation because I didnt take out their insurance (even though it was with MyHermes whos T&C's state they would compensate up to the value of my goods)

Truly awful service. Paid extra for next day delivery. Took over 3 days and asked for a refund and was told next day not guaranteed. Apparently it's on the small print. Never use again.

This company is not worth it booked massive £550 parcel but recvied damaged when I made claim they rejected all proofs really disappointed

DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO or DX COURIERS. Utterly rubbish service. Booked a courier who contacted me to say they couldn't fulfil my order. Parcel2Go refused a refund. Then rebooked with another courier who ;picked up and delivered the WRONG package. When contacted Parcel2Go they said not their fault - no refund. When contacted the courier - DX - they said to contact Parcel2Go to sort it out. Suammary - 2 payments, no package collection/dliervy AND nowhere to complain. Rebooked with PARCELFORCE - awesome. Got it right 1st time.

I use this company all the time, and booked a massive order worth £300 and insured it. It arrived damaged, with the box itself having a hole in it. I put in a claim with all the relevant images and several more! It has been rejected on the basis of 'inadequate packaging' despite the box having a hole in it from neglectful couriers. I wouldn't go with them the have no phone number and no email address, just online forms with a ton of FAQs and no real people to speak to!!

I have many complaints about the service I have received however the primary one is as follows; P2G asked me for the specifics about my parcel and the delivery address in order to provide me with a price for the service. Before booking I spoke to one of their staff ensuring that this service would indeed take my parcel from my hands into the hands of my recipient. At no point prior to booking was I advised I would be required to independently employ a broker to deliver my parcel once it had arrived in Chile. This was a door to door service - that is what they advertised and that is what I paid for. After being messed around for two weeks by their staff inquiring after the status of my parcel I have been informed this morning that I will need to employ a broker to collect my parcel and deliver it to my recipient. The staff have spoken to have been rude and unhelpful - the only method of communication is via a live chat which have had closed on me twice by staff members that didn't want to or couldn't give me answers. I have been left out of pocket for both the service and the contents of the parcel with to solutions being offered.

Terrible terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST. I recently sold a Rolex on eBay for £5000 so paid 270 to track and insure my watch with this company. I shipped my watch and done everything I could perfectly and within days was lost. I contacted parcel2go to ask where my item was and was lied to daily, Knowbody knew where it was. I now had a £5000 Ebay bill plus no watches plus £270 postage so was extremely worried I am not rich by any means it took my years to buy this. And wasn’t helped in the slightest. I rang and rang and rang for 30 days until somebody much of got annoyed so then my watch was conveniently sent back to me. It never left the uk apparently but was still billed 270 for this. After another few weeks was finally offer £13 refund for the innocence.. yes 13 pounds. I have at least my watch back but only because I refuse to give up. I have lost 257 pounds postage , eBay fees and PayPal fees plus I now have to give back the £5000 to the seller. An absolute nightmare month all because of this company. DO NOT USE

Very poor customer service. I've had a case with them for over a month, and they've been giving me different and wrong information every time I've contact them over the online chat; as it's the only way. They've confirmed that It was UPS's fault, and UPS have also confirmed it. Then today when I contact them because they're asking me to send all of the information/images again, they said it was my fault for the way I packed it and there it nothing that they can do.

James Greenbury take note. So it didn't start out so well; none of us want to wait 14 days to get the outcome of a lost package. Lateral thinking was required, I hadn't got 14 days. I went straight to the top and I wasn't disappointed. The follow through from the appointed employee to find out what was happening was faultless and professional. There is a way's to go clearly before this is reflected in the direct line with Customers, but I have faith this can change.
