Usually been very good but took a very long time to get back to me on claims and I didn’t get any help back for the last claim I had and that was very frustrating. You guy are nice though but it’s frustrating, seems like I’m paying a lot monthly for you to deny my claims.

Very slow in reimbursement and seems like the people that answer the phone don’t know what they’re talking about. Very disappointed

When I first registered all my pets I asked that the 2 new pets have the same coverage as the pet that was on the plan and they did not include the wellness benefits on the plan for the 2 new pets. Now I am having to prove that I requested the same coverage on all pets. I found this out when I tried to enter wellness veterinary bill for the 2 pets. Very upsetting.

Hi Brenda, when you enroll we send you all of the policy documents for your review. You have 30 days to make any changes to the policy. We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience and hope your pets are doing well.

It takes forever to get a claim processed, and then I am generally always informed that the claim is not allowed or I have not met my deductible! I pay a monthly amount of nearly $60, for a small dog, and I can honestly state that to date, it hasn’t been worth it!

In our second year of coverage with Pet’s Best, I filed a claim 45 services that I paid for with my veterinarians advance payment plan. It was a zoo Getting their agents and reviewer’s to actually read and understand what I had sent. They called my vet twice to get information I had already sent them. It was very difficult to get Pet’s Best’s agents to understand and it took me five months to get a fair review of a claim of less than $350. Not sure I’ll be staying with them next year. Finally, their excellent agent Penny rounded everything up got it through review and ended up with a fair result. But it was exhausting!

It took over 2 months for my claim to be processed. And that’s after I called twice. I’m starting to think I should have went with another company.

I used to rave about pets best but over the years the premium has gone way up and you cover less and the claim process takes forever!

Seems to cover very little and takes forever to process claims. Our previous pet insurance provider processed claims within days and covered most everything.

I appreciate that they cover the expense of the office visit but the amount of time it takes to be reimbursed is frankly unacceptable. It went from 10 days to 1 month and now 39 days. It never gets quicker and if I could switch I would.

Way to long for review and payment. I had to keep submitting forms you told me you recieved, and then suddenly didnt have. Was just a mess. Rethinking the whole insurance thing. Over all terrible experience so far.

i love you guys coverage plans and affordable prices but it's ridiculous on how long you guys took to accepted my claim like it legit took a whole month and I called multiply time to see what information you guys need to accepted it but no one could give me an answer.

Claims take over 30 days to process, sometimes up to 39 business days. This is an extremely long wait time and an inconvenience to pet owners.
