Not entirely sure what the point of having this is when I barely get any money back. I submitted a $600 bill - $250 taken out for deductable. Another $50 doesn't cover food or presciptions and then I got $160 back from the remaining $300.... which what covers two months of insurance now that you guys jacked up your prices. Give me a break.

I am paying for my dog insurance since 2021. This is the first time I need insurance and I filled out 2 claims for my dog last week but one of them paid for only %30 and the other one still in proces after 10 days.

Horrible company with lying employees. They make it so difficult and lie about not receiving documents in hopes you just forget about the claim altogether. They are the slowest at processing claims and takes months to get paid. Customer service are beyond rude. Trash of a company.

Why all of a sudden I have a deductible I don't remember seeing the deductible before why is there a deductible? Is the animal insurance company regulated by the federal government or even the state government? I shall find out about this I have an appointment with Congressman, on the situation that you guys are not regulated at all, and should be.

Not happy with my last claim. My pets X-ray and medication was not cover. What is the point of me paying my monthly payments and my claims never get covert.

Falsely claiming pre-existing conditions to get out of covering necessary care. They will bend over backwards to ensure they contribute nothing to the health and well-being of your pets.

Scam. My dog had to get over 10 of his teeth pulled out for health reasons with his teeth and gum, but it was mismarked as a “wellness claim” although it was badly hurting him. They do that to avoid help paying any bills.

Seems like a scam. My dog went to the vet and ended up having an emergency surgery on his leg. Everything was denied and deemed “non-emergency”. I pay $700 a year for this insincere, I’ve had it almost a year and a half. I received $500 back from the $3500 surgery after I appealed and called and annoyed them. Took about 5 weeks.

Possibly the worst insurance....even though I think all insurances are the same, they treated an ear infection as a previuos condition beacsue in the past there was an allergy issue, they are in for the money so they will see your dog as a car....and this is unfortunately a general problem in the US....and I have to add by the way that worst of the worst it is Nationwide that dumped me after 8 years of payments!!!

I waited a whole month to get reimbursed and was only reimbursed for half of my dogs visit because some idiot thinks a wart on the outside of the mouth is the same as a tumor inside of the mouth. This was not a pre-existing problem as they claimed. So I am expected to jump hoops to prove other wise. I cancelled my policy and would definitely not recommend this company.

I am unhappy with Pets Best. My claims have almost all been wellness related, and the reimbursements have been poor due to limitations in the policy. Some claims have taken over a month to process and I am still waiting for them.

Pets Best used to be the best,affordable insurance. Costs have increased substantially, and reimbursemnent for legitimate health wellness has decreased substantially.

No matter how thorough the invoices are that I send, I am requested at least once -- often twice -- to "send more information". Bills are not paid in a timely fashion. I am so frustrated! I used to be with another company and this was never a problem. I often feel like Pets Best is hoping I'll give up and not bother to pursue claims. Meanwhile, I'm paying a huge amount, $165/month, for pretty much nonexistent service. I stay because some major incident might occur, and I might need coverage for my pet.

The worst insurance i have ever had for my pets. I have had it for 5 years and using it for the 2nd time and they refused payment on all things that are part of our policy. My wife and I are shopping around for new insurance Don't waste your money!! Terrible service as well!

The claim processing time was extremely long and basically nothing was covered even though I have both essential wellness & accidental. There is no chat or e-mail option to reach out to customer service.

I have a different Pet insurance for my older dog. Claims are settled quickly and paid at 75-80% of total claim.
