Incredibly slow, unresponsive and ultimately paid very little. Some service!

Dissatisfied with lack of coverage on items such as vaccines and prescription medications. I plan to cancel my subscription.

Fraud. Save your money. I had two dogs insured from early/mid life through end of life care. My most recent dog I Spent more than $3,000 in her final weeks. Monthly premium was $82. Reimbursed $38. Not even half. Almost exactly the same experience with my older dog. Spent far, FAR more in monthly premiums than having anything “covered” by them. They fooled me once with my first dog. Shame on them. They fooled me again with my second. Shame on me. You’ve been warned.

Cancelled policy after 3 plus years of frustration with claims being paid and 45 day turnaround time. Horrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

Pets Best at the end of the day is the worst plan and a very sub standard company. Lousy customer service. Rude and incompetent staff. Long delays. Don't care about customers. Make you wait on hold for over a half hour and have to do that 6 times just to get an innocuous person to be co descending and unpleasant. They also never call back. So you have to keep chasing. On top of all that, the plan leaves you with no payout back. Get other insurance.

Nothing is ever covered every biii submitted it’s not covered all claims i never get any money back last claim 11 back of 303 I’m going to look at other companies what is the sense of having insurance

Everything takes so long and very picky about covering things you've already covered in the past! If I would have known after Covid that it was going to be such a pain in the ass I would have gone with different insurance from the beginning!1

Take too long to process claims, rude customer service staff when you call to inquire about the status of a claim. Your automated system tiold me the claim had been processed it hadn’t.

I would honestly not get this insurance. They barely cover anything or any expenses even when it comes to annual checkups. Not worth it if you have a pretty healthy pet that only goes 2x a year to get the heartworm and flea and tick meds re-prescribed.

Their policy doesn't cover hardly anything.I have a very high strung dog that doesn't let anyone touch her. I have to have her sedated at her vet to have her nails cut. It costs me between $260 and 300 dollars every 6 weeks she is put under anesthesia, put on a heart monitor also spends at least half a day in the in the Veterinary hospital just to get her nails cut. I submitted my last two bill's totalling $617 dollars. Pets Best insurance sent me a check for $80 DOLLARS. I Pay $54 dollars a month and have been paying that for almost 3 years. They consider that cosmetic surgery. So they don't cover the hopital stay, the nail trim, anesthesia or monitoring her. I think they are ripping me off and I am canceling them immediately!! I am giving this rating because of the lack of customer service. It is impossible to reach a live agent. Obviously I know I can find information online, but needed clarification. My former pet insurance company always had people available to speak to. Additionally, I pay a significant monthly premium and there was no coverage for dental also part of basic plan I previously had.

If you want to pay for pet insurance that doesn’t cover much and takes a long time to process claims then this is the insurance for you.

Pets Best has done nothing to help cover costs. I feel like I overpaid and was shot changed. I will not be using PetsBest with my next pet.

Horrible company, they lied to me about my coverage when my dog was diagnosed with terminal lymphoma and said it was covered, admitted they said that and then told me too bad they’re not actually covering anything. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and am cancelling my account. DO NOT get this insurance it’s a joke!

Very unhappy with Petsbest the claims are always received with months delay; I’m always trying to contact them by email or phone and it’s very hard, I’m trying to change my dog’s name that’s is wrong in the insurance documents and never had chance to do it cause when someone answer me they just tell me to do things that I did and nothing changes. 🥹
