Hi Nabil, Thank you for choosing Phonebot for your recent ! We sincerely apologize for the delays on the shipping, We dispatched the order from our end on the 11th of April after receiving it on the 9th, since starting from Friday 10th April it was a public holiday and shipping services stopped. The parcel was picked up for delivery on Tuesday 14th when services resumed, and has been scanned at your nearest Auspost store it should be delivered in the following days. Again we apologize for these extensive delays and we are working to to get all our posts sorted out with Auspost We certainly appreciate your patience with us on the matter and will like to request you not to rate us poor on some uncontrollable factors.
