“Phone in really good condition, only problem was I had to reset but no problem”

“Very frustrating service ! I ordered a phone , waited 2 days , then was contacted by email , requesting that I take a phone screen shot of my bank portal due to fraudulent activities , they needed to verify I was authentic?? Forget it I said!! Jumped in my car and drove to a shop and picked out a phone ,done took 20 mins !never use this phonebot it’s a joke on the consumer !!!!”

“customer service is okay. need to keep customers informed if their order is not complete when dispatched and advise why and if missing item is coming or what is happening.product seems okay so far but with 12 months warranty at least there is hope for help if product fails.prices are slightly more expensive but the free postage is good.overall not too bad to deal with so far”

“A few days ago I purchased an iPhone XS and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G from Phonebot and I'm happy with both phones. I purchased the phones online and then the next day went to pick up the phones from one of the stores as I live nearby. It was closed was a very good reason as it was a public holiday and I had forgotten this due to the pandemic. I knocked anyway sort of hopefully, and one of the guys came to the door, let me in, and another staffer sorted me out with good grace. Totally professional and helpful even though they were doing a bunch of other jobs and they weren't even open to street traffic. Very good social distancing management as well.”

“The policy of getting a screenshot of your banking records is a bad one. This would put me off any more purchases. I too have an online store and have been stung (3 times) by fraudulent purchases but we don't do this as it would put customers off. No one I know does it. They need to find other ways to detect. Or be safe and have less sales. Ultimately it *is* their choice. But there are many other places.”
