Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Bought two phones which arrived in a couple days (much quicker than I expected in regional Australia). The A-grade phones were in great condition. I hadn’t been able to find the screen protectors to suit on their website, so added a comment to the order asking if they had any. The phones arrived with screen protectors installed at no cost, as well as a free phone cover. I’m very happy with the purchase and service offered by Phonebot, and would buy from there again.”

“Overall good. A little communication difficulties but nothing too bad. Only fault with the phone was the usb cable it came with didn't insert securely. Was scared it may be the actual port on the phone as it couldn't hold a secure data connection and charging would be interupted when you picked up the phone but buying a new usb-c cable fixed it.”

Thank you for choosing Phonebot! We sincerely apologize for the delays on the shipping, We dispatched the order from our end on the 12th of April after receiving it on the 11th. The parcel was picked up for delivery on Tuesday 14th when services resumed after the Easter, and has been scanned at your nearest Auspost store it should be delivered in the following days. Again we apologize for these extensive delays and will be following up with Auspost on this since they are facing huge disruptions due to the COVID-19.
