“They sold me a LOCKED iPhone X. After speaking with a guy, he said THEY MUST NOT HAVE CHECKED THAT ONE PROPERLY, because of there being so many orders atm. He advised to send it back and they would refund the cost of the phone and the postage. I sent it back, with tracking, and noticed a couple days later it had been received by them. Waited for the money for a while but nothing. Called up and spoke to the same guy again. He said there was some confusion and he would talk to his team, and call me back in 15minutes. I got no call back...not even the next day?!?! The money ended up being refunded a few days later...still no call from the guy. AND NO POSTAGE REFUNDED. (which I have followed up on and have had NO REPLY) Terrible experience....and wasted so much time.”

“After some initial confusion about being notified when a phone is in stock. Everything was well managed and I received great friendly customer service. Highly recommended. Phone condition as advertised. Would suggest while stocks are low, and you are having trouble meeting demand that you remove the "notify me" button on the website. It gives the wrong impression and sets up an expectation.”

“Website was easy to navigate. Great range of products with accurate descriptions in fact phone was actually better than described. Phone arrived in 4 business days.
