From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Phone did not come with a cable to transfer info from old phone to pixel 5.”

“Still waiting for its arrival - tracking on Aust Post says it was sent to an incorrect sorting facility”

“The iPad Pro 11-inch device I ordered from PhoneBot arrived a week later. The description of the device (Grade A) was accurate. I had trouble paying by credit card, but PayPal was accepted. PhoneBot has a good selection of secondhand iPads & iPad Pros for sale in Australia. I believe they can be trusted with their published device grades and would recommend them as an option if you want to buy a recent model iPad Pro. After my purchase, I discovered that PhoneBot's iPad Pros are not cheaper than the Apple Store's equivalent refurbished devices. Had I know this at the time of purchase, I would have bought from the Apple Store, especially since Apple Store refurbished iPad Pros come with a new battery and back. This is despite my PhoneBot experience being positive.”
