“I ordered a part that my filter desperately needed and hoped it would come quickly. To make sure, I called the company to explain my situation and left a detailed message. A short time later I received a call from Derick (sp?) and wasn't home but he left a message that my part was shipped out immediately and I should receive it the next day. I did indeed receive it that next day. Great customer service from this place! Very pleased!”

“Ive used this place before. It was great. I used it recently for hornwort. I received plenty! Whike I know snails happen....this batch was heavy. I do use snails...but I had to clean roughly half. Good for a starter set. Snaiks are good...in moderation.”

“We ordered from PlayItKoi for the first time. We ordered 6 cattails for our rain garden just to try both the PlayItKoi experience and cattails. The cattails arrived promptly and in very fresh condition. We were very pleased with the quality. We also received more than the 6 we ordered. This was very nice and more than we expected.
