“I ordered aquatic plants from Play it Koi. Fedex delivered on a scorching 100 degree summer day and I thought "Oh No, they'll be baked ion that box..." But surprisingly, everything was in excellent condition. Everything was well wrapped, hydrated and packaged. I'll definitely be ordering more from them”

“the shipment ended up at the wrong address and there was a one week delay as a result. I understand that mistakes happen but feel there should be some kind of discount as a result of your error. I had to reach out several times to find out what happened and feel I should have been contacted prior to after the fact.”

“Compared to some of the other online vendors, this order was as smooth as silk. You name it, I’ve dealt with it. Damaged items from improper packing, delayed shipments due to poor process management, taking my money when inventory isn’t it stock, etc etc. play it koi is legit and have earned my future business.”

“Outstanding! This was the first time I ordered from playitkoi and I was a little apprehensive. When my order confirmation came through it came with a UPS tracking number. I knew it was gonna take a few days so I initially ignored it. After a couple days I tapped the tracking number and it took me to the UPS tracking page but, a message popped up saying invalid tracking number. Also, there was a message stating beware of fraud. I immediately emailed Playitkoi and almost immediately got a response from Kelly Cooke. In a very short amount of time she was able to determine that they were given an incorrect tracking number. When I ordered playitkoi was out of stock so they had Pondmax drop ship direct and subsequently gave playitkoi an incorrect tracking number. As you can imagine my anxiety level went from 0-10 and then right back to 0 in literally minutes. The responsiveness by Kelly was nothing short of Amazing! Like I said this was my first time ordering from Playitkoi but, it certainly WILL NOT BE MY LAST. Thank You Kelly and Ben for the the followup and follow thru!!!! “These are die-hard people of the online-shop. I went there to get my koi pond crystal clear in California. First it was the malfunctional air pump, which I got the the replacement of the diaphragm part. Then the air pump itself. In between I got the API chemical to clear the green algae filled water. Love this place. Strong recommended.”

“I was overall very impressed with the quality and condition of our plants when they arrived. They were well packaged with care. I've included photos of unpacking / day 1 condition. My only feedback is that I wish the lilies were a little more mature for the price. They are doing well enough, so I still feel it was worth it. I would definitely order plants from here again. Thanks!”
