“I am a regular at your koi farm. When I come the workers smile and say “back again”! My koi are beautiful in my pond and they are growing like weeds. We don’t have a lot of money so we always try and catch sales you may be having. Thank you for having such a beautiful place to come to and purchase my fish and plants!”

Good afternoon Danny, Thanks for your continued support of Play It Koi! I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed about how long it took for USPS to get your order to you. I know how time-sensitive things can be when you are trying to care for a sick koi. If you aren't aware, because it can be easy to overlook, at checkout there is a dropdown for the shipping options, so you can select a quicker shipping method at checkout. It looks like USPS Ground Advantage was the least expensive option and was the one that was defaulted to, but USPS Priority Mail was also an option for not much more money (less than $1). Alternately, if you are ever in desperate need for something, please feel free to reach out to us before placing the order and we will see if there are any other options that we can use to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
