“I recently made my second purchase from Play It Koi! They do not disappoint. I live in Charlotte so my plants had to travel a fair distance. I purchased Pickeral Rush and Water Hyacinths. I was leery of the hyacinths as I felt they are a delicate plant. Everything arrived in stellar condition. All plants are thriving. The best news is the customer service from Ben and Lisa. They are the best. I highly recommend them.”

“I was surprised at how quickly the liner arrived. Since the website shows the location of store in Washington state I thought the order would ship from there. Since I live in Virginia, I was expecting a long wait. The liner was shipped out of Oklahoma by Fedex and didn't take long at all to arrive. The cardboard shipping box was a little dinged, but liner seems well protected inside box. I also was pleased at the email notifications when product shipped and later on, the progress reports. Will definitely order from Play It Koi in the future.”

“I chose to order from Play It Koi after viewing the plants--or lack thereof--at my local water garden store. The plants arrived in great shape and were packaged well. They were even wrapped in moist paper towel so they would stay hydrated and survive the trip. They all arrived healthy and look great in my pond.”

“My experience with recent purchase at this store was great. I received my order within few days of my ordering it online. The plants already in ground and it has been few days there are already new leaves popping out. Excited for my this new addition to my garden. I will be buying more plants from Play It Koi.”

“The setting was beautiful! Ben was very knowledgeable and the fish were in exceptional condition. My husband and I was interested in 3 fish, however we left with four lovely butterfly koi! We highly reccomend him and will become life long customers. Alan and Raylynn”

“In spring my pond is often a bit green and murky, but this year especially so. Adding the hornwort balanced it out and after two days, it was almost completely clear. (I used beneficial bacteria and treated the pH also.) Customer service was great--they cautioned that shipments might be delayed due to the COVID situation, but the package arrived in about a week. Also answered my questions promptly.”

“The hyacinths I ordered arrived on time and as promised. The plants look great! The owner even refunded me for what I thought was a missing flower. I was wrong. Two plants were stuck together. Even so, he didn't recharge me! He also gave me suggestions on how to overcome the algae issues my pond has had. I will definitely order from Play it Koi, again!”
