“plants arrived fairly quick after placing the order. I do feel the ones ordered last year arrived in better condition. Hoping this year's batch will bounce back. Hanging stems on most of the plants arrived dried out, and since have all come off and landed in my skimmer/filter.”

“I've ordered several products from the nice folks at Play It Koi. Filters, waterfall spillway and filter kits to name a couple. Everything has been delivered on time, but where they stand out is their customer support. Kristen took ownership of working with a supplier when a pump I ordered arrived damaged. She was super nice in her communications and arranged the replacement and the return. Thanks for all your help. I've been in customer service for over 30 years so I really appreciate someone who delivers great customer service.”
