“Overall a great first time experience. We decided go with a container pond this year before stepping up in size next year. The online info on the various pond plants was helpful. Ordering online was easy. Shipping/tracking was no problem and easy to follow and we got our plants here in the Midwest in 2 days. The plants were well packed, identified and were in great shape when received. The "planting" info for the different types of plants PIK emailed ahead of time was appreciated and easy to follow/understand. We put the plants into our container pond the evening we received them. So far so good 2 days later. PIK gave us a good start to our first time try. Up to us now to watch and learn.”

“The only thing I didn’t like was how long it took to get my order. Using USPS isn’t the best way to ship. Especially after paying that much for shipping.”

“At first I was disappointed in the Nycor floating plant islands as they were rather shallow, but compared to my former deeper ones the koi have great difficulty pushing the plants out. The foam tube disappears after a month of plant growth and the three together filled with water hyacinth and frogbit will hide the rocky pond edge nicely. Also bought a yellow snowflake and primrose both arrived healthy and In good condition, looking forward to seeing them thrive.”

“I ordered water poppies, giant sensitive fern, "Oregon Sunset," Feathery Mare's Tail, and forget-me-nots. All the plants came healthy and quickly. Two even split, giving me two for the price of one! I also ordered a floating plant basket, which was good quality. The only disappointing thing was that some things I hoped to buy, including a non-plant item, were out of stock.”

“The plants look healthy and were packed well. The duckweed I ordered was full of lots of little snails. They appear to be alive. I don't want to kill them or put them in my pond, so my daughter is going to keep them in a tank.”
