“This is the third time I have ordered from you and each time has been great. This time I had a question and used the "chat" and they got my message but for some reason they couldn't reply. They called me within a few minutes to answer my question and verified I had the correct part for my unit. What wonderful customer service!!!”

“Not very good sent me the wrong product. Then told me I had to box the wrong item back up and take it bad to UPS store. None of this was my fault but I got no compensation for your screw up.”

“Having the particular pump in stock was amazing. Then, it was the least expensive not by much, but still, they are trying to give you a break. I ordered this particular pump that has a high head way with a large volume of water for my water feature. After ordering the items they had the 7-8 day ground shipping noted. It arrived in 4 days with free shipping. I have no hesitations for being a repeat customer for most all my needs. Thank you, Play it Koi!”
