“I am not sure if my black elephant ear froze in transit but it appears to be dead the leaves are crispy so this company immediately made it right for me and refunded my money. ❤️ You just don't see that very often these days, I'm going to buy another one now that it's warmed up. Love this company”

“This is my second year ordering from Play It Koi and am very impressed with the quality of the pond plants. The plants were shipped with care and arrived in perfect condition. I've ordered from other suppliers in the past, but none with this quality. I plan on ordering again next year!”
