“Another year of excellent service and product! I have ordered year after year from play it koi and they never disappoint. The plants came fast and protected, ready to be placed in my pond. If you are on the fence about using them…do it!!! You will be very pleased!!!”

“The company is wonderful, the delivery company is not. Right up til this morning they stated that the package had never left the first stage drop off. Play It Koi was quick to respond to me about my concerns. Thank you for truly caring. As for the lights, I have not had a chance to install them in my pond, but in did note that the Diameter is greater then expected. No worries as I just have to place them in a different place. Again thank you for caring professionalism.”

“It’s been a pleasure to have worked with Ben @ Play it Koi for at least 3-4 years now. He has guided me on multiple ponds and is always readily available to help day or night! I’ve even received a call back from him while on vacation. 🤣 he’s very knowledgeable about the Koi industry and has associates who also assist ( his wife and Derek) so someone will always respond with a solution to your questions.
