“Bought a fantastic pond filter awhile back and it's been operating like a swiss watch! A 4-5 step process for cleaning it once a week, with just a flip of the multiport valve to different settings with the pump on and it's done in 7-8 minutes. Such a time saver. Ben has been absolutely there for me with all my very basic (and ignorant) questions about the filter. I'd highly recommend them. An honest and helpful company with many great products.”

After shopping the internet thoroughly there was the best price and USPS low cost delivery being offered by Play It Koi.. “Derek and Ben have both been a wealth of information, as I am preparing to build a 10,000 gallon plus sized pond this upcoming spring they have both spent time with me to help me make some critical decisions and not spend additional money where it was not needed. The honest opinion and feedback and the simple fact that they actually talked me down in size on some equipment tells me there is a honesty and it's not all about money type of mentality. Enough so that I just spent a large chunk of money with them and I feel it was money properly spent. Thanks guys!”
