“I received my order in a timely manner. The plants were in good shape, with ample roots. I was even able to divide a few to stretch the order. Shipping was a little costly, but the extra plants made it worthwhile. I would order from them again.”

“It's nice to know that there are still businesses that are working to deliver "legendary" service for the customer. With the whole pandemic catastrophe, so many places have the " you'll get it when it comes" I have spoken to both Ben and Kelly after the sale making sure I was happy 😊 How refreshing to be valued as a customer again.”

“My whole experience with this company was a pleasure. Ordering was easy and when they could not fill one of my orders I was contacted by Kelly and offered another product at the same price. The order was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. As most of my order was for live plants and I have just received them I am unable to give an update, but they were all in good condition on arrival. Thank you Play it Koi for good service.”
