“My husband and I are total Koi novice and apparently we had a bad case of algae bloom in our pond, after not being able to see our Koi for three weeks we were getting pretty panicked. Ben helped us with which filter to buy and how to install it, his help was immeasurable. Ben went above and beyond with emails, text and phone calls - I highly recommend Play It Koi.”

“We called Ben late on a Saturday night because we had just moved into a house with a pond and it was in bad condition! We had no clue what to do!! Our filter had started to make a weird so we turned it off and he didn't want our fish to die. He came out the next morning, on a Sunday!! He taught about how to take care of a pond and fixed our pond for a great price! We love his Customer service and completely. (he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need either!) I recommend you give him a call for all your pond needs! This is how a business should be run!!”

“Ben (owner) gave me fabulous customer service. I was trying to determine which splash mat to buy and he even had his kids do an experiment to determine best mat density for my situation. Enjoyable working with Ben and I highly recommend Play it Koi.”

“I've bought a few Koi items from Play It Koi and their service is second to none. I had one issue with a Pond Vac not operating as expected, Ben went above and beyond to fix it (even including an onsite visit to repair it!). Great guy, great company!”

“Ben's Koi is hands down the best Koi seller that I have visited. The selection and quality of the fish are superb. He spent a significant amount of time providing information on how to care of the Koi to maximize the chance of survival. I would recommend this seller for new and experience hobbyist.”

“Play it Koi and Ben are a great local company. We recently installed a water feature and were having issues controlling the algae. I contacted Ben and he answered all my questions and provided me with the correct product to clear up the water. We will continue to use, and recommend Pkay it Koi for all our pond needs, even though we don't have Koi.”

“Recently, I purchased some PondMax lighting from Play It Koi and was very happy with the product, but more importantly, I was pleased with the service and good customer care shown. One of the lights that I purchased turned out to be the wrong size, and since this item had been drop shipped from another supplier, Ben stepped in and facilitated a smooth exchange without any hassles at all. I also got to see his amazing Koi pond and found that his knowledge of this subject matter is impressive. This company is a great, trusted resource for products, supplies, and advice!”

“I called Play It Koi for some advice with my koi Pond project who recommended this Rhino bottom Drain. I Placed the order over the phone which was easy and painless. The Rhino arrived in 2 days and I also ordered some UV bulbs showed up safe and sound a day after that. Pleased with the recommendation and the service I got.”
