“I had to ask for a refund of an expensive bulb for our Koi pond filter because it didn't work. I was nervous because this was our first purchase. Play it Koi was super easy to work with and refunded the money with no problem. I will definitely use their services for future pond needs. 5 stars for sure!!!”

“I recently got for Koi. A Tancho Kohoku, a Doitsu kin showa, a Doitsu, and a Kigoi. They were a little overwhelmed going into a big pond but are starting to explore. Each one is a beautiful example of its variety. I am new to having a Koi pond and Ben has been great getting me up to speed.”

“I recently ordered several plants from Play It Koi since I couldn’t find them locally and I had specific plants in mind. I was a little nervous ordering from a place so far away from me, but I had had good service from Ben in the past. I got the plants within a few days of my order; they were still damp, I put them in the pond as soon as I received them, and they are thriving! I’m so pleased with our purchase, and I have been so pleased with the great customer service. Thanks!”
