“Filled my order very quickly. I contacted their support to say that I had accidentally given them an incorrect email address. Ben emailed me right back and kept me apprised of the packing and shipping process. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. (It was a replacement for a previous pressure filter which had been operating for years and was beginning to wear out.) I had it swapped and running in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied!”

“Our original pump (made by a brand no longer to be found) went out after a couple years which was disappointing. I was happy to find Play It Koi nearby and they recommended I try Aquascape’s Aquasurge 4000 because of the long standing Aquascape name and the 3 year warranty. I’m glad they did. The flow is great and it came with a bunch of attachments which made the pump very easy to install. I would highly recommend this pump and Play It Koi. Thanks and see you guys again soon! Wayne”

“I wanted to good quality Sieve at a reasonable price and I’m very happy with my purchase. Play It koiTreated me well. I did not opt for the additional lift gate fee and me and my brother were able to get it off the truck fairly easily.”

“I do a lot of shopping online, and I just wanted to let you know how impressed and happy we have been working with Playitkoi. (Top ten cutest business names ever, by the way) Great communication and customer service. Thanks for getting our order out lickety-split! Amazing packaging. It was 80 degrees on the way to 108 degrees when my package arrived on my front porch. Fortunately, I was home and able to bring the package in immediately, but I was still so, so impressed with the quality and condition of the plants. For some reason our local nurseries have not been able to get their supplies of pond plants in this summer, but the quality and selection of your plants beats what we have ever bought locally anyway. Our koi pond is our oasis in the desert and we enjoy it every day. Thanks for helping us make it better! We will be back!”

“My wife Monica and I were so happy to come across Ben of Play it Koi today. Our old pump in our pond finally gave up after 12 years this week. Wanting to replace it ourselves, we pulled out the old pump this morning. After searching hopelessly at Lowe’s & Home Depot, my wife found Play It Koi after a quick web search, and we were on the road to meet Ben. After meeting and showing him the old pump, he was able to quickly make a recommendation and get us a new one from his stock and we were on our way. We only needed to pick up a single additional PVC adapter. We returned home and put everything back together and are now back up and running! The experience with Ben was great; don’t waste your time as we did initially at a big box store and go directly to someone who knows what they are doing!”

“This company is EXCELLENT. I ordered the wrong size filter. He immediately contact who ever needed to cancel shipment. Said if it already shipped, don't worry that he would take it back and get me what I needed. Wanted a happy customer to have exactly what he needed, Totally impressed. Great communication, Great easy, caring person that handled my order and dilemma. Got the one I needed and loved doing business with this company and plan on continuing to order more as needed”
